Beautiful Condo, Awesome Location!

This condo is very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped! It is very comfortable for 4-6 people. The complex is fairly small but it has a nice pool and tennis court. Location on West Gulf Dr makes it convenient to get to Groceries, shopping and restaurants! We had a wonderful week! Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. Found the beach chars and umbrella underwhelming though. One umbrella totally broken and unusable. Cleanliness was on target. Other necessities were all there. Could have used more than one trash bag but no big deal. Everything else worked fine. We love 1E and hope to stay there many more times.

Please tell the owners of the Condo we took excellent care of their property and thank them very much for letting us stay there. We had a peaceful, wonderful time. All the staff we interacted with were helpful, responsive, kind and generally a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful working vacation and the property fit our needs perfectly. Wifi and cable went down for a day and Caleb helped us. His response was so quick! The Condo was very clean. We met Lilly from housekeeping at departure and she was extremely nice. Thank you to ALL the staff, ie, Rachel and everyone else that made our vacation perfect!

Beautiful condo

Condo is clean, modern and has a direct view of the ocean. Only drawback was the fact that the kitchen had lots of ants. Very small ants. Be sure not to leave any open food containers.

After hours staff was great in communicating about the fire and repairs. We got hot water on Monday afternoon. Everything was great overall. I’m a little surprised that the company and/or condo owners haven’t reached out about the fire. If my husband hadn’t smelled the fire immediately things would have been much, much worse. The electricians were shocked at the state of things when they came and noted that the plug was not up to code. And there is no fire alarm near the water heater or kitchen to have caught the smoke in time. The experience was definitely unnerving and while it all turned out fine, I’m not sure if the company understands how dire things were. Thanks.

We love Sanibel and this area in particular. The condo was spectacular. Up to date. Well stocked kitchen for food prep in these more enclosed times. Sitting on the screened porch was like being on the beach - its so close! Hope to return!

A beautiful condo in the perfect location

This condo has everything you could need for a dream beach vacation. Just a few steps from the white, sandy beach, extremely comfortable furnishings, modern bathrooms, a kitchen with all the basics, and all the little things that add to your stay like Smart TV in each room, Bluetooth sound system, and jigsaws for when it rains! We would happily rent this property again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The photos and description don’t do this beautiful condo justice! We were here for a girls’ getaway and had five adults comfortably. The location is perfect - right on the beach and also within biking distance of everything (well everywhere in the Island is!). This condo is completely updated and we’ll cared for as a home, not just a rental property. We are already planning our next stay!

Everything was excellent except for the "no-see-um" bug bites. Maybe inform beach visitors of the potential of these bug bites and encourage them to use bug spray especially in the early morning or evenings on the beach. Easy to work with. Thorough communication.

Location was great, condo well equipped. Absolutely loved the electronic lock on the door, no need to go by the office and no need to worry about where the keys were! We've been staying at Sundial for years and it got to be too loud with people playing loud music on the lanai and at the pool. We enjoyed the smaller atmosphere at Villa Sanibel. Online booking was easy, prices were better than other sites. Loved being able to check in over the phone.
