Superb villa renovated in 2015, located directly on the beach of Kerfriant, surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden and enjoying a beautiful pool heated to 28 ° and covered. South exposure.

Excellent spacious rental, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, breathtaking sea view from most rooms, equipped to new.

Super Haus in bester Lage, Meer pur!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Villa verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell, der Pool für die Kinder prima. Die Aussicht perfekt. Wir haben es genossen, im Haus und im Garten. Die Außendusche ist praktisch. Sehr gut eingerichtet, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein gutes Schneidebrett in der Küche und Haken in den Bädern für die Handtücher. Ansonsten Perfekt. Bequeme, vor allem breite Betten. Evtl. wäre ein zweiter Hausschlüssel vorteilhaft, wenn man mit 2 Familien reist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, der Empfang in der Agentur war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Wunderschöne Villa (Architektenhaus) direkt am Meer für einen echten Bretagne_Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Haupträume ist sehr großzügig und modern. Der Innen-Pool bietet ein gute Alternative bei Schlechtwetter. Ruhige und ungestörte Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Leider war die Ausstattung der Terrasse und der Liegewiese für 8 Personen nicht ausreichend. Das Objekt ist für bis zu 2 Paare mit Kindern ideal, für 8 Erwachsene sind die sanitären Einrichtungen etwas problematisch. Ein paar hilfreiche Informationen in deutsch zur Abfallentsorgung und zur Nutzung des Internets und des TV sind wünschenswert.

Beautifully proportioned house with a fabulous view of the beach and sea. Bedrooms are well sized with plenty of storage space. Kitchen ok for basic cooking but could be better equipped for cooking larger meals. We were surprised by the extra hidden costs we had to pay on arrival that we had not previously been informed of (damage deposit, electricity usage), Bed linen/towels and end of stay clean also not included in the total price advertised on owners direct site. The quality of bed linen and towels provided at extra cost were very poor. Lovely creperie within walking distance but not much else. The centre of Loctudy is a 10 min drive.

Bonjour, I hope you had a nice travel back to England. I'm a little bit dismayed by your appreciation, as it is written in the description on homeaway, by "Notes", that electricity is due at departure, after reading the meter. It is specified as well that bedlinen is NOT provided. Cleaning is NEVER included, it is as well specified in our advertisment. Maybe you should have read it better or you could have contacted us to have further informations. Une semaine de détente face à l'océan

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle face à l'océan. La maison est très bien agencée. Nous étions avec mon épouse et nos 2 enfants. Ils se sont vraiment régalés des baignades matinales dans la piscine chauffée. Pour notre part, la vue de l'océan à partir du salon, de la cuisine ou de notre chambre était vraiment plaisant.

La mer à tous les étages

Très belle villa décorée avec goût et sobriété. Matériaux de qualité pour une maison qui offre une vision panoramique à 180 degrés sur la mer : un vrai bonheur du lever au coucher du soleil on en profite. Les chambres du 1er et deuxième étage bénéficie du même luxe. Très bon séjour à Loctudy.

Nous vous remercions de votre commentaire. Nous tenons à vous préciser qu'il n'a jamais été prévu que les lits soient faits à l'arrivée (voir descriptif). Par ailleurs, la totalité de la batterie de cuisine est neuve, seul l'évier , le four, le réfrigérateur et la hotte qui n'ont pas été changés lors de la rénovation totale de la villa. De marque Gaggenau, Miele , le tout est propre et fonctionne parfaitement. Concernant la prestation de l'agence, elle consiste dans la remise de clés, l'assistance éventuelle durant le séjour, les modalités de départ ( un peu plus compliqué car nous étions absents pour congés annuels..et donc remplacés par notre salariée), le principal point pour nous étant que vous trouviez une villa impeccable à votre arrivée -ce qui fut le cas - et conforme à ce qui a été annoncé dans le descriptif. Nous espérons que vous gardez un excellent souvenir de cette semaine passée à Loctudy, Bien cordialement, S. Richard

Excellent état de propreté

Vue et emplacement exceptionnels Même si la maison se situe dans une résidence, les propriétés avoisinantes sont effacées. Un excellent séjour les pieds dans l'eau... Une maison très fonctionnelle et joliment meublée. Par contre la piscine annoncée à 28°c n'était qu'à 26°c sans aucun moyen de l'augmenter bien que les charges d'électricité sont en sus. L'agence nous avait promis de faire passer le piscinier dés le lendemain mais en 15 jours personne n'est venu. Idem pour l'électricien qui devait revoir le problème d'éclairage de la terrasse où nous aurions du déjeuner... Les draps également ne correspondaient pas aux dimensions des couettes fournies... Dommage .... mais ce sont les seuls points négatifs largement palliés par l'excellence du séjour. Un petit plus serait d'avoir un sèche linge...

Nous vous remercions de votre appréciation et sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un bon séjour à Loctudy. Nous prenons bonne note de votre commentaire concernant la piscine, pour autant, le pisciniste est passé le 19 Mai puis le 30 Mai - il a les clés du local technique et intervient même si les vacanciers ne sont pas présents - , il a constaté une eau à 28°C un peu avant midi (DP Piscine à Quimper) et une pièce chauffée à 25°C, nous vous avons d'ailleurs laissé un message téléphonique pour vous le préciser. Pour plus de confort, nous allons lui demander de pousser la température à 30°C. Mais la sensation de froid est due à la différence entre l'eau et la pièce très chauffée. Un sèche linge sera installé prochainement dans le garage. Nous espérons ainsi répondre à vos attentes et serons ravis de vous accueillir pour de prochaines vacances à Loctudy. Bien cordialement

Superbe maison sur la plage

Super semaine! La vue est magnifique, la piscine super appréciée par les enfants. La maison est spacieuse et bien meublée. Il manque juste 2/3 petites choses pour être parfaite, par exemple la poêle à crêpe 😉
