Cute place. Nice views. Host quickly responded. We had an issue with place smelling musty and damp, possibly like urine. Contacted host on 3rd day and she had carpets cleaned but it couldn’t be done until 2nd last afternoon. Had to buy multiple air fresheners and candles. After cleaning it was much better but smell still lingered even after cleaning. Host wouldn’t reimburse anything because of having to get it cleaned. Definitely impacted stay.

Great unit and super location in Holmes Beach. Unit is well appointed and host is awesome, even decorated for the holidays which was a super touch. Would definitely recommend and return.

Wonderful condo and location.

My husband and I spent 2 delightful weeks in this lovely condo. It was fully stocked, very near the beach, and the mid-island location made for easy access to wonderful restaurants. We are looking forward to next year.

Perfect location

Very cute, clean, comfy beds. Everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels. Very short and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Close to everything on Island. Very easy to get in touch with owner when needed. We will be back!

Location, Location, Location!! This property was perfect for our stay. The beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery were all within walking distance. The condo was well equipped with everything you could need. I can't wait to go back

Beach getaway

We loved the location, amenities and beach chairs. We would have loved a queen bed in the other bedroom instead of the twin beds. We knew going in what was there, so we expected it. A few more towels would have been nice but the washer and dryer were nice so we just washed our towels.

Wonderful condo close to gulf Easy walking to many shops/grocery Very clean and stocked with many essentials. Decorated to give the feeling of relaxation The host was easy to message and respond. She even went above and beyond by mailing my swimsuit I had left !!!! 5⭐️

Great location

This is about as close as you can get to being on the beach without paying to be on the beach. Very convenient location and nice accommodations. The property manager/owner is the best. She is an excellent communicator and available to help with any issues. Also take a tip she shared with me. Sunshine Concierge is an awesome service that will pick up and deliver groceries for you prior to your arrival! It was very convenient since we arrived on Christmas Day.

Great spring break condo

First time visiting AMI with two teen girls. The condo was great! We were surprised to have two screened in porches at both ends of the condo. Those were so nice to have to catch the morning sun from one deck or peek at the ocean from the other. The place was spacious and clean. There were a lot of extras like extra towels and beach chairs/umbrellas/etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and some cleaning supplies. Thank you for a great place to stay while visiting AMI!

Relaxing and Beautiful

We love staying here on Anna Maria island! The location to the beach, shops, and restaurants is unbeatable! The condo has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The decor is coastal, cute, and cozy. We will for sure be returning asap!

Meet the Olsen's! Tracy and Kristen have been married over 25 yrs and have three children. They're independent Real Estate Brokers from Indianapolis. Tracy is originally from the West coast (Oregon) & Kristen grew up in New Jersey/Miami. Tracy is an avid golfer while Kristen's passion is her career and volunteering where needed. After spending one summer on Anna Marie Island they were destined to find a vacation home so they could come back year after year. This condo was where we stayed our very first time on the Island and is now our second home.

Why they chose this property

One week here and we were in love to the point we bought the condo. The beautiful sunsets and a condo just steps away from the white sandy beach made this our home away from home. The condo is comfortable and inviting, the island is warm and welcoming.

Just steps away from the beach, close to shopping. Recently renovated kitchen and new tile flooring. Two balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. This condo is very spacious with room to stretch out.
