The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. The supermarket is very close. The air conditioning was well appreciated during the heat waves. Our kids enjoyed the playground in the park close by. The metro station was also very close.It's nice to be in a quieter neighborhood while being at a walking distance from the Sagrada familia.

Good Location - Nice Apartment

Spacious and clean. Well air conditioned. Nicely located. Beds are firm by American standards but we found them to be comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Best check in procedures of all the places we’ve stayed around the world.

A great, comfortable stay in a modern setting

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was so close to the Monument Metro station and the Basilica. There were lots of windows that afforded a nice breeze. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (except I couldn’t find hot pads to pull things out of the oven). I recommend staying here!

We wanted to stay near Sagrada Familia for Christmas Mass. Well-appointed (elevator, combination washer and dryer!), comfortable and close to several markets, restaurants and shops.

Hot & Humid Barcelona escape

Good location also lots of room for our family. A few little improvements would take it to next level and could charge accordingly ( towels, bed sheets, toilet paper etc )

Comfortable stay

We stayed here for 5 nights in June. It was really nice to have A/C during the heat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basic items you’ll need to make a simple meal. We liked having the tiny outdoor space to have a glass of cava in the evenings. The place was also very clean! Would stay again!

Wonderful for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, location was great, property had so many conveniences (hand soap, hand towels, detergent, etc). Having a washer snd dryer was a lifesaver for our family of 5. The communication with the host was outstanding! So many great restaurants and bars near by, definitely recommend!

Really nice place and well located

Everything about this apartment was perfect for my family of 5. Very well located we had acces to everything within walking distance. The communication with the owner was fantastic. She even took the time to book us a taxi for our departure. I highly recommend this apartment.
