Beautiful property! Perfect location. Quiet. Pool & hot tub literally steps away. Management was very responsive. Snowmass is a neat community with a lot going on so it was fun to happen upon a bluegrass concert when we walked to dinner.

Great location and affordable

Our family spent 3 nights there in June. Overall it was good. Great location in Snowmass with access to pool. Friendly and responsive staff. The only slight negative is that the interior is a bit dated. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are in need of an update for sure. But everything worked and overall was satisfied. I would likely book one of these townhomes again.

Enough room for 6 quasi-adults. House had everything we needed. 5min walk to lift, 8 min walk to the grocery store. Immaculate hot tub /pool was an extra treat. Comfy beds, downstairs bedroom a bit chilly but lots of extra blankets available. Overall great experience. Would stay again.

Unit was ok but bathrooms were much more outdated than expected. Sheets were dirty upon arriving and had to be replaced. Didn’t notice there was no a/c so there was some nights where it was very hot.

Nice remodeled townhouse

The bedrooms and the living spaces have been remodeled and are comfortable. The bathrooms could use a refresh, we had to call maintenance for a leak in the master bathroom, which was repaired while we were there, and a slow draining tubs/showers. The concierge did respond quickly. There is not an entry closet/coat closet or hooks for jackets- so not a lot of space for ski coats, boots, etc. The ski locker accommodates the skis and poles. This is not a true ski in/Ski out. You need to walk up multiple flights of stairs and cross a road, and then up more steps up to the base village. The photos on the listing/description were a little misleading in this regard. The hot tubs outside of the unit was very convenient. Not all of the jets were working, sadly. Given the premium price tag, we were a little disappointed with the stay for a week long ski trip.

Great Stay!!

Great walking location to Slopes. One of our party members arrived early due to the blizzard and they were very accommodating and let them check in early. Unit was right next to the hot tub which our teenage boys loved! Would stay here again.

Lovely Condo - Private Spaces

Very nice to have three perfect bedrooms and three private bathrooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the couch in the living room fits 4 adults lounging comfortably by the fire! The pots and pans and kitchen supplies were amazing. Very Covid - friendly as all meals are cooked at home. The private bedrooms were essential for online college and remote working. The two negatives were 1). No closets downstairs or mud room for ski coats, mittens, boots, helmets, etc. So most of the common area was taken up with daily ski stuff storage. 2). The TVs do not work unless you bring your own Apple TV or have subscriptions to Netflix, etc. We bought a HDMI cable amd hooked it up to a laptop so we could watch movies. Bring one of you rent here! We were lucky to find one at the hardware store in Snowmass. One other note: there is a ton of hot water which is great. But it comes on very quickly and is scalding hot. So carefully turn on the hot water when you need it - in the kitchen and in the shower :).

Clean and Luxurious

We truly enjoyed our stay at this town house. I was in town with my husband and my parents and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are incredibly comfortable, we all remarked that they were the best quality beds of any vacation rental we had stayed at. I appreciated that they seemed to have used fragrance free cleaners and laundry detergent, it didn’t have that Tide / Lysol smell that some rental properties can have. I am sensitive to fragrance so just wanted to mention that for anyone who has the same issue. The property was extremely clean, decorated very nicely, and the bedrooms had a luxurious hotel suite vibe. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo; great location

This condominium is beautiful with plenty of room. The decor is gorgeous and the location is great- right next to the pool and hot tub. It is also within walking distance to the village base. The only negatives were the following: the kitchen was well equipped except for basic spices; there wasn't even salt & pepper. No wrap or foil and only 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen can. I've stayed in many condo's over the years and these things really should be provided for the price paid. The beds were a little soft, but that is personal preference. There were 4 smart TVs in the condo! However, there was no access to basic cable. The only thing we could access from the TVs were Netflix, Hulu and the like, which you have to have subscriptions for. Again not a big deal, but the description did say "cable TV" and there were a few times when we wanted to watch TV. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Snowmass Village.

Perfect family spot in Snowmass

Four our family of 4, two teens, this condo was perfect. 3 bedrooms/3 baths meant everyone had their space. The living room couches were comfy, hot tub and pool right outside the front door. We walked to/from the slopes every day, took the gondola up to the mall, and then we used our rental car to drive to Aspen. Great condo, great location, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
