This is a fabulous property. Very spacious, loved the three baths, well stocked kitchen, balcony, quiet location, proximity to Aspen and Maroon Bells (15-20'), and text communication with the property. Though it is an older unit and some minor repairs are needed and some wear and tear, this does not detract from our top rating. We were very pleased and would stay here again. This unit and property were perfect for us. We loved our stay. Wish we had booked a longer visit.

Great location with many activities in village area. Safe and secure. The welcome center was great perk with pool and fitness center. Hiking trails in walking distance from condo as well as access to gondola for shopping, food, and activities. Condo was setup perfect for family relaxing.

Top location

Great hike in hike out/ski in ski out with an outdoor elevator which will be great if we return for ski season. You can walk to the village and mall, slope side, beautiful views! Slightly dated but clean and spacious. Only complaint is that we had a large and loud group on the third floor above us.

Tremendous access, convenient to everything. Our son was enrolled at Challenge Aspen and the slope access directly uphill from the mid village location was perfect. Stayed for a week, and it was so convenient to slopes we skied Snowmass the entire time. Very comfortable, family friendly unit. Plent of space for family of 6.

Beautiful Property

We stayed in late June, during the off-season, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The views of the mountains were very nice and we watched hikers and bikers climbing up and down the nearby path. If you are traveling with a toddler, exercise extra care with the unit's doors and windows. At least one window opens on the bottom, leaving a thin screen as the only protection against a dramatic fall for a small child. We made a point of locking problematic doors and windows.

the property was exactly as viewed and presented on VRBO which suited our needs for 3 couples, but their was a broken lamp in 2 pieces in one of the master bedrooms which I took a photo of when we arrived. also in the same master bedroom there was a problem with the toilet handle for flushing. we did enjoy the location and the property, thank you.

Great Location and slope view/access. Condo accommodated our family well. Older unit with thin walls. No housekeeping included with VRBO, but the front desk did provide excellent service. Shuttle provided in Snowmass.

Nice Fall Visit Condo

The condo is nice however it could use some up-dating. It is very spacious and the location is quiet and near great hiking trails. Since it is located at the edge of a ski slope the morning sun was a treat plus we were able to watch the aspens change during our two week stay. However, some of the furniture and infrastructure could use some updating.

Wonderful time in Aspen area

We had a great stay. The condo was really well supplied and comfortable for 3 couples. The pictures were for Slope #203, but we ended up being put in Trails #203. It was the same layout unit, but different furnishings. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some. Condo was convenient to Aspen and Basalt area. We did hiking, biking, fishing and golf and this was a great location. We did a fair amount of cooking in and this unit had everything we needed. Grocery store within 5 minutes and several restaurants really close as well. Only complaint would be there wasn't a closet available to guests in the room with the balcony which made it a little difficult with some clothes we wanted to hang. Overall a great time. We would definitely stay again!
