Perfect stay!

Catherine was an amazing host - she met us at the villa to check us in and was a great help at arranging a snorkeling excursion when ours was cancelled. The Villa is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars/shopping and the beach out front is absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

Quaint home on Grace Bay

Check-in and Check-out procedures were very simple. Catherine was a pleasure and took care of all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and this place is just steps away from Grace Bay.

Absolute bets location!

The location of this wonderful property cannot be beat. Our family of 5 rented the lower floor of the villa and it was perfect for us. Apart from the incredible beach, the things we really appreciated were the privacy of the home, the proximity to restaurants and the grocery store (don't need a car), the large patio with large table for meals and playing games, and the raised pergola at the beach for morning coffees or afternoon naps. Catherine and Marvin went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Very nice stay at villa Turkuaz

Very nice stay , location could not be any better. Grace bay beach is just outside door. 30 second walk. 5 minute walk to restaurants , shops etc , 8 min drive to golf course . Check in easy. We arrived late , host had some sandwiches available for us .very nice of her . We asked for beach umbrellas and they were there next day . The unit is somewhat dated but all tv s are new and smart. Only criticism is bedding sheets comforters are old. ,but beds comfortable . I would highly recommend unit based on its location and service by the owners

Excellent Location!

First off, let me say we will definitely stay here again. After a few little hiccups all was well with my soul. On arrival at the villa no one was there to meet us. I ended up sending a message through VRBO and the owner immediately called me and gave me the code to get in. The manager that was supposed to meet us got stuck at a funeral. Very understandable. The first impression of the property was disappointing. The pool had algae growing on the sides and there were pool floats and furniture everywhere. Nothing was organized at all. We were told the pool issue was due to rain. It was fine for us because we did not use the pool. If we had smaller children with us I would have been very upset. In my opinion, the pool floats and furniture should have been arranged in a becoming fashion. Instead it looked like people had just left the premises. The house (we had the whole first floor) was amazing. No complaints at all. The shower, the mattress and the pillows were amazing. The access to the beach is the best part of this villa. The beach area is amazing. We would get up in the morning, eat breakfast and head straight to the beach. We would run up to the villa for sandwiches for lunch then straight back to the ocean. We would eventually head up to get ready for dinner. The location of this villa is perfect for walking to dinner. There are so many places to eat. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful spring break

This trip was amazing. One of my all time family favorites:) Amenities were perfect. The family that rented the space above was super fun and added so much to our vacation. The kids had a blast in the pool and at the beach. Can’t say enough!

Great stay near grace beach

Terrific location. Very close to the beach. Our daughters went to the beach on there own every morning. Rented a car because we wanted to explore the island, but location is pretty central and a car isn’t really needed. Would stay again.

Trip back to PARADISE

We walked past this property on a visit last winter and thought wouldn't it be nice to stay there! Our trip started with Fio meeting us at the airport and arranging a ride to the Villa, nice touch Fio! We booked the main floor, 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect for two couples. The villa was very spacious and was great to have our own bathrooms. We used the BBQ a couple of nights and it worked very well. We dined outside on the huge outdoor dining table and enjoyed a drink or two in the early evening on the elevated deck directly on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. We had plenty of towels and access to a washer and dryer in our villa which came in handy mid week! There were two units above us which were both rented but the property was large enough for everyone. Great selection of beach loungers, chairs and tables. The location was excellent as well. We walked to all the local restaurants and even as far as the golf course one day from the Villa. One suggestion for the Villa would be to get room darkening curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. They have the property well lit at night on the outside but that made sleeping a little difficult for some. Having said all that one of the very best treasures was CATHERINE! She was so helpful with anything we needed and made dinner reservations for us as well as arranged a couple of trips for us. She was so responsive when we had a question and dropped off a couple of items we needed. You made our stay stress free Catherine, thank you! You can't go wrong renting this Villa. Beautiful Beach

This is a great place to stay if you want something reasonably priced on Grace Bay or if you're looking for a place for a big group but still want your own space. The finishes in the units are pretty basic-no granite or crown-but the units are clean and everything is functional which is the most important thing to us. The owner and property manager were amazing to work with. The property manager met us and showed us how everything works and made some great recommendations. Great place!

You can’t beat the convenience! Fantastic spot!

We stayed for 4 days and we will be back. You literally have your own private beach spot on Grace Bay. It really does look just like the photos. The few times we had a glitch (safe wasn’t working, trouble locking the door) management was immediately responsive and sol ed the problem. We were very happy with everything.
