The Midtown Pearl (w/ midterm discounts!)

Welcome to the Midtown Pearl. Our beloved Pearl is located within walking distance to The Oyster Bar (hence, her name), and offers style, space and serenity all within the heart of the city. So whether you are here for work, to visit family, a medical visit, or just passing through, you'll love your time here!



The Space:

We've carefully curated all furnishings to offer you the best of the best, from comfy beds, cotton sheets, games for kids (and adults!), a dedicated work space, and premium coffee options, you'll walk into a space that feels ready to receive you.



Please note that this is an upstairs apartment on Markham St. It is mandatory to climb one flight of stairs to enter the space. For those traveling with kids and pets, there is a large gate the can be pulled across the stairs to keep them from accessing the stairway.



For parking, we have a space that is reserved for the tenant in a parking lot on the side of the building. We do our best to keep this available to our guest, however, if it is occupied by a patron of the coffee shop or restaurant down below, you may find any other spot or park along any side street. All parking in that area is free.



There are two full bedrooms, but the twin bed is in a nook just off the living room. There are large blackout curtains to pull across the arched doorway for privacy.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to all parts of the apartment with the exception of the locked cleaning cabinet in the kitchen.



Interaction with Guests:

We don't live on site but are about ten minutes away and accessible through the Airbnb app should you need us.
