The master bedroom and bathroom, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features an elegant and comfy four-poster king bed, a sitting area, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate tub. The additional two bedrooms are located opposite the master bedroom. A queen bed in one bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle are in the second. Just a few steps away, the tower room offers panoramic views from three walls. The tower room includes a flat-screen TV and sleeper sofa.

FIRST FLOOR
The spacious, open floorplan of the first floor is perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach. The living area has comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your familyโ€™s favorite meals. Hoosiers go to Mirimar Beach

Very nice area. Home was wonderful and spacious. Beaches were beautiful and sand was white as sugar. The resort pool was closed for most of our stay, which was sad for our non beach goers. Overall it was a great vaca!

Much needed getaway.

The entire groups opinion is very positive. The house was very clean. Lots of useful dishes to cook meals with. Excellent location. Plenty of room. We would absolutely recommend this property.

My family enjoyed the rental, overall. We had an issue with the AC the last 2 days but that didnโ€™t totally spoil our getaway. The sofa bed on the top floor is not comfortable for an adult. I had to purchase an air mattress for my son while he was up there. Being that close to the beach was great. All of the instructions made for a smooth rental experience Thanks for taking our booking.

Great stay

The beach house was exactly as described! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a tv in every bedroom since the living room doesnโ€™t have a ton of couch seating. The table and chairs were perfect for our large family and for game nights. The walk to the beach was no more than maybe 6 mins, if that. Perfect location. The driveway easily held 3 SUVs for our large family. The pool is right out the back door for easy access as well. We did have a couple of minor issues, (nothing that โ€œinterruptedโ€ our stay) but they were addressed and fixed immediately. The rental company provided the extra towels we needed in the meantime and a new grill was delivered the very next morning. The only thing I wish this house offered would be an extra fridge. Trying to keep drinks cooled down and store food in one fridge is not enough. Aside from that, this house was everything we needed!! Thank you- we plan to come back!

Walk to the beach was super easy and convenient. The house definitely needs a couple of larger pots for a party of 12.

Solid built rental, needs TLC, close to beach.

Truly a 2 minute walk to beach! We loved the solid nature of the home, the porches, and the 3 levels of this rental. A/C works great on 1st & 2rd floors, 3rd was warmer. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, cups, cookware, and utensils (only thing in ad that was not there was a blender.) There are plenty of towels! Clean overall except upstairs balcony (bottles & food remains) and air return vents. Management company responded quickly and sent people to deal with our 2 main issues: Dryer overheated easily and fire alarms went off one day and into the night. It is a rental home and needs some TLC. There were knots in some blinds where we could not close them, the blinds are not attached at bottom on entry door so it bangs around when you go in and out (could be dangerous for a small child). There is a hole in the wall in one bedroom, cracks in kitchen floor, counter, and sink. 1st floor bathroom sink doesnโ€™t drain properly. Rotting board on outside step. We had a great time with our 12 family members, being together was what it was all about and it did afford us that! ๐Ÿ˜Š
