Great place to stay

This is a clean, comfortable, well maintained home, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. It is very close to downtown, Augusta, as well as the Augusta University golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very roomy. Close to venue. Property needs updating however. Coffee was expired, a few glass shelves in refrigerator were missing. Threshold into master bedroom was detached from the floor. Missing knobs on dresser in one bedroom. Light bulbs blown. Broken window blinds. Noticed rotten wood inside and outside as well as water stains in ceiling.

Masters trip

My family and I had a great stay for the masters. It was less than 6 miles so it was an easy drive to the golf course. The house was clean and the A/C was great. The host was available 24/7 and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and the just.was responsive when I.had trouble with signing on to the router. The only suggestion that I would make is to replace the light bulbs though out. Many are burnt out or week. It makes the house seem dark.

Great property - decent location

Great property, the house was well kept with only a couple of issues (normal wear and tear - nothing to distract from the experience) but kept up very well. Proximity to Augusta national is great, but not in the best part of town. We had no issues while there, but had some people following us a couple of times. Communication with the property owner was great and very responsive.

We had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Person that is cleaning and taking care of property should make sure that all lights and batteries are working or have been changed. Yard area and fence should be checked for broken items and removed or fixed. After texting Owner in regards to the things we noticed after arrival, she called us right away.

Great Place to Stay, Very Quiet

Nice little house on a quiet street, and it is somehow much roomier inside than it appears. Three ample sized bedrooms, living room, laundry and kitchen. It was very comfortable.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. We were about 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do which was perfect. Our host provided plenty of supplies and left water and snacks for us which was very kind.

My family and I enjoyed I stay here. The house was clean, which was great. The owner provided enough dishes, cups, pots, utensil, towels and linens. All three beds were super comfortable, especially the master bed which had an adjustable base. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property

Perfect for my daughter and me and our two pets. Fenced yard was a big plus! The neighborhood was not the best, but the location provided easy access to desirable locations around Augusta. Had some trouble with the AC unit, but the owner was ALWAYS super responsive and went out of her way to remedy the situation. She left us plenty of bottled waters and snacks and toiletries. Everything we needed and more! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Very Clean and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean. The linens and bedding were very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. Our host was very responsive. The location was perfect for us as we were there for the 70.3 Augusta Half Ironman. The neighborhood is quiet and the home has a fenced yard if you have pets. Will definitely return.
