The house sits directly on the beach, just steps to the water. Located at the end of a dead-end road, guests enjoy unmatched privacy and seclusion for relaxation, or a social gathering. Perfect for a family gathering, or long weekend with friends!

The house is as close to the ocean as you can get! Enjoy walks on the beach year-round, and swimming + water sports in the warmer months (kayaks + paddle boards). Families and friends love staying at our house; each room has its own bathroom, TV, and private deck.

100 yards of private beach. 7 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, deck, and TV. 3 large bedrooms upstairs have extra twin beds or futon. 4 bedrooms downstairs have 1 queen bed. Fully applianced kitchen, patio with 2 grills and picnic tables. Oceanfront dining room. Kayaks, paddle boards, chairs/umbrellas, outdoor shower, etc.

Beach house

This property was perfect for my large family of varying ages. Just steps down to the beach!! We also enjoyed the front patio when the ocean breezes were strong and the kids loved the playground across the street. Bill was extremely easy to work with.

Your own little Inn

The property was a small BnB. Pluses included the access to private beach, water views, kayaks, private full bath, TV and deck for each bedroom. Friendly owner nearby. Not the place if you are into communal cooking/eating, but plenty of great family restaurants nearby. Will keep on file for future trips.

Not worth the money.

The kitchen is non usable. If you don’t plan on cooking you’re ok. Tiny in a hole in the basement kitchen 2 of the four burners don’t work. The house is not worth the money at all basement and some owner rooms that you can see in are piled with junk. The house needs repair and a makeover. This is not a value at all. The beach donlswnt make up the difference at all.

Great for large (but quieter) gatherings

A group of 18 of us rented this house for a long weekend. The house was very spacious and right on the beach. Fit all of us all super comfortably. The house was even supplied with paddle boards which was great. Can’t beat being steps to the beach. House had plenty of mini-fridges and supplies. Was very clean. Great front yard dining area. Mark and Bill are both wicked nice and did their best to have us have an enjoyable stay. Despite the size of the house, perhaps not the best place to go for a younger group. The neighbors would demand library-like silence. We also had a small bonfire on the beach, and the neighbors called police/fire for noise and for having an “illegal” fire on the beach. We had asked the owners beforehand if we could have a bonfire and the fire pit was even supplied. Noise was also extremely minimal during this time. Both fire/police depts. were confused as to why they were called in, apologized for bothering us and told us to enjoy the night. Just something to keep in mind when booking.

Family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful week staying at this property! It was the perfection location for our family vacation with 16 people. We rented out the whole house and the beach/ocean just steps away was easier for us to navigate with many children under the age of 6. We would definitely come back!

Feb winter break 2022

We were a group of 10 adults and 9 kids. The Beach House Inn had everything we needed. Though it was cold and windy during our stay there, it was very relaxing to look at the beach and chill from the dining area. We had a wonderful stay there.

awesome location

great location, plenty of space for the 14 of us. Property owner lives across the street very friendly and accommodating. Like other reviews needs updating but the location could not be any better. Highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion on Beach

It was a beautiful location with 7 private bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is in the basement, but has everything you need. Lovely upstairs summer kitchen with lots of seating and a great deck. Tons of games, kayaks, SUP, etc. Bill the owner was amazingly responsive and helpful. Extendes family had a great time.

Beautiful location

The house is right on the beach with beautiful, soft sand. It might be helpful to know the house is a converted bed and breakfast (due to Covid). Many of the 7 bathrooms have been updated. Each suite has its own key. Everything was clean and tidy, and the owner and manager are very kind!

You wake up to the waves a few feet from your front porch and the day gets better as time slows down. Cape Time is Fun Time and this property fills the bill. Both Manager and Owner went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend.

My name is Mark. I am 30 years old and have been in the hospitality business basically since birth, the same summer my parents bought the house. I have been managing the Bed & Breakfast for 12 years, and recently have been renting the entire house to large groups in addition to individual room rentals. When a group rents the whole house, we do not serve breakfast. Depending on the time of year (roughly April - October), I live in the ground-level, private apartment, under the rented part of the house (1st and 2nd floors). I live here as the live-in manager, inn-keeper, cleaner, and also have an office here. I am rarely to be seen or heard, but around to help with anything you need!
