About this property

Condo with Canal View 1 block from Ocean

3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Canal views and one block to public beach access. We truly want to make our place an affordable family friendly destination for travelers that will treat our home like it’s their own. I will work with you to make sure you have everything you need to make great memories. I truly hope your first experience with us turns into repeat visits for years to come. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or if there is something specific you need.

The space
There is a master suite with a king bed and a pack and play in the closet. The two remaining bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom 1 has full over full bed and the second bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. Bath towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided. Each bathroom has body wash, shampoo, conditioner (Suave Brand), hair dryer, and laundry baskets. There are hangers and shelves in every closet to store your clothing. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, extra seating for outside, and basic cleaning and laundry supplies. There is also a game closet with books, art supplies, and various games for you to enjoy.
*You will need to bring items for the beach. Cooler, beach towels, umbrellas, boards, chairs, etc..

Guest access
We are the top unit of only two units. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the water views. Outside there is shared water hose to rinse your personal items. The unit also has an outdoor closet to store your beach items.

Great time!

Our family had a wonderful stay, great location at the north end, just a walk across the street to the beach, and property was clean and lovely. The beds were comfortable, linens provided, and basics such as shampoo/conditioner/soaps/paper towels/beach chairs/etc. The canal view from the back porch was amazing, we sat outside each evening and morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Like staying at home!

This was the perfect location for my family. Kayse, was wonderful to work with and made my family feel like we were at home. She left us some goodies and it was one of the most thoughtful ways to welcome someone to their rental property. If I ever need a place to stay, I'll definitely contact her.

Best VRBO yet!

This is not the first time we’ve vacationed in Carolina Beach and let me tell you, this was by far the best rental we’ve had! The pictures on this listing do it no justice! The condo was so much bigger than we anticipated. Check in was easy, the place was very clean, and very well stocked. We had lots of room for four teenage boys, the kitchen island was large enough to feed us all! We really enjoyed that rare time together. Location was absolutely amazing, we watched the boats in the mornings and evenings, and the beach was such an easy walk. We stayed during July 4th and were surrounded by fireworks! We rented a golf cart which helped for trips to the boardwalk, Britt’s Donuts, and Blackburn Brothers Seafood. We also found the Carolina Beach Pier (tiki bar), make sure you check that out! Amazing views and incredible service. It is on the second floor so just know you will be climbing a flight of stairs! We can’t wait to book for next year! We are huge fans!

Home Away From Home

This condo has become our beach home away from home. We have been renting for a few years now and are always so pleased with the clean, cozy and convenient accommodations. We have the best of both worlds with a gorgeous view of the sound and a quick walk to the beach. Kayse is a lovely host and we are grateful to have found her. We look so forward to our next stay.

The house is beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice to how spacious it really is. The large kitchen and island makes it very easy to feed 8 people at one time. Owners are very accommodating!
