FLORIDA BEACH FRONT GEM!

Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo as close to the beach as you can get on quaint, quiet Gasparilla Island. Wake up, roll over and view the ocean from your master bedroom suite. Then enjoy your breakfast on the lanai as you gaze at the unobstructed view of the gulf of Mexico. You might see a few early beach combers, as it's never crowded. Later, enjoy that glass of wine on the lanai while soaking in the brilliant sunsets night after night, or choose to venture down to the beach just below instead.
The second bedroom has twin beds that we can convert to a very comfortable king bed easily, with a full bath to accommodate that bedroom.
In a nook off the kitchen, there is a trundle bed with twin mattresses to sleep 2 extra.
This condo has a large heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts as well as 2 areas for grilling. The beach has some of the best shelling anywhere.
The quaint town of Boca Grande has maintained it's old Florida charm by not allowing high rises, stop lights or fast food. It prides itself on wonderful restaurants and plenty of fun shopping. You can rent bikes or golf carts and tour the 6 mile island on beautiful paved paths. Or get out on the water by renting kayaks or paddle boards. Boat tours take off from Gasparilla if you want to visit other islands, with or without a guide. Or perhaps you are interested in chartering a fishing excursion. And Boca Grande is the tarpon fishing capitol of the world. The tarpon fishing season runs about April through October.
If you are seeking a relaxing vacation, you have found it. Once you visit Gasparilla, you will be forever changed.

This is a very nice condo with outstanding location. We loved eating dinner on the patio overlooking the beach and hanging out at the pool and beach. The owner did a great job of communicating with us when needed. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Condo was comfortable and very clean and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Just steps from the beach and relaxing pool. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was fun to go on daily golf cart tours of this unique little island. We would highly recommend this destination and and beachfront condo.

Great condo, great location

This was a great place to stay. The condo was very nice and you could really tell the owners took a lot pride in it and making everything perfect for our vacation. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the outside closet had great stuff for the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were very impressed. I would definitely recommended this place.

Great unit with the best location in a super well run complex. The unit and the complex had all you need. We never even went out to eat at a restaurant because we didn't want to lose any time in the place. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location and property

This unit is just as described. The Gulf view and beautiful beach are wonderful. This location offers great tennis courts, a large heated pool, hot tub with plenty of seating/tables to enjoy and visit. Our time included some cooler than usual and breezier Florida days, but we were still able to explore Gasparilla Island, enjoying the area and a variety of Gulf sunsets (which are hard to beat).

From Sunrise to Sunset and In-between a Great Place

When choosing a place to vacation having the sun set over the ocean was one of my first requisites. This condo has that beautiful sunset view along with the daytime sand and water to daydream by. From the time we stepped through the door it felt very peaceful and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and we stayed in and prepared meals four evenings. It is truly a hidden gem.

Wonderful Beach Front Condo!!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a relaxing week at this beach front condo! We had everything we needed in this comfortable, well stocked home away from home. The beach was just a short walk from the doorstep with great shelling, clear waters and beautiful sunsets! The property was quiet, well maintained, and had a nice pool and grill area. We had an awesome week at Sea Oats! Everything about this condo was great. We made most of our meals there. Everything you need for cooking as far as cook wear & utensils are there. But went out to eat several times too. Great location, can’t beat it. We walked the beach everyday. Jill & Dick are great to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We loved the location, nice & quiet. Would definitely love ❤️ to stay here again!

My husband came down to Boca Grande from Wisconsin to use a reservation a friend had made at Sea Oats that he was unable to use. When he inquired what Sea Oats 114 was selling for he couldn't believe it! He said, "$201,000 for a beach front condo?!" Without hesitation, he put down the earnest money and called his father and said that he, his parents and his 4 siblings just bought a beachfront condo! His dad said, "OK, Dick, how much do I own?" His parents bought 50%, Dick bought 25%, and the 5 siblings were in for the remaining 25%. It has been an unbelievable treasure to own. We haven't come down as much as we would have liked, raising kids and working, etc. We have kept it rented enough to pay the taxes and upkeep and just last November 2017, remodeled the master bath and kitchen. Before that, no one seemed to mind that it needed updating, as long as it was clean and had sufficient other amenities. Our guests would come in the door and walk directly to the lanai to gaze at the ocean. Our unit, after all is right the beach. Other units in the condo are tucked back and have little or obstructed view of the water and sunsets.

Why they chose this property

Sea Oats 114 is one of 2 out of the 5 buildings in the complex that faces the better than that is we have the best floor plan with the master bedroom ON the gulf side of the unit. We go to sleep and wake up to the view and sounds of the waves. We also have a large screened lanai that covers the width of the mater bedroom and the living room.
Sea Oats also keeps up the grounds beautifully with a full time resident on staff who has been the long time maintenance man. He treats it as his home because it is his home.

What makes this property unique

As you walk the beach and envy the many other beautiful homes, you won't find any property closer to the beach as Sea Oats. To us, that is what makes our place unique. Many of the multi million dollar properties and homes are tucked far back from the water. In part, due to the change in the beach over the years. They have the multi million dollar home, but we have the priceless location and view.
