Charming Cottage in the Historic Village in Boca Grande

PLEASE NOTE: We rent by the week-Saturday to Saturday- December 1 thru April 30. During the rest of the year we have a strict 4 night minimum.

PLEASE NOTE: While a well behaved dog is welcome, we have had to institute a strict ONE DOG policy

Enjoy the most relaxing vacation week of your life. Park your car and walk, bike, or golf cart everywhere on island!

This charming, refurbished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with courtyard entrance is located in the Historic District within easy walking distance to town and beach. It offers an open floor plan with 2,100+ square feet, all at ground level, painted wood floors, vaulted ceiling in main living area on a completely fenced corner lot on a quiet street. Large front porch features both a casual seating area for reading or cocktails, and a dining area. Incredibly comfortable interior funishings, 1 queen and two twin beds. Both bathrooms completely refurbished in 2021. The cottage is well stocked with white hotel quality towels and new linens, blankets, and pillows and beach towels. House sleeps four in beds.

Kitchen is equipped with Wolfgang Puck pots and pans and every handy gadget. Outdoor round dining set on the porch seats four or more guests. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner makes quick clean-ups easy. Professional cleaning service is available on a weekly basis at additional cost. Tenants for longer than two week rentals are required to use this bi-weekly cleaning service. That’s how we keep this house sparkling clean for our guests. Secure high speed internet and Xfinity cable will keep you connected to the outside world or you can go "off grid" and enjoy the solitude.

Courtyard offers two distinct outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs for private sunbathing. Enjoy meals under the patio umbrella while you enjoy the quiet of our secluded area of the Village.

Whether you are new to Boca Grande or have been returning for years, this charming cottage is an ideal vacation spot for couples or small families. Park your car and walk, bike or golf cart to town, the Gasparilla Inn, the Community Center, or the pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The cottage comes with Class D parking permits which allow you to park your car or golf cart in all permit restricted areas on the island for an unlimited amount of time.

Love Boca

COZY COTTAGE IN A GREAT LOCATION

Charming cottage

Loved this charming house, ideally located near everywhere in Boca Grande we wanted to go. It was well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lovely screened porch.

Perfect Boca Grande Cottage

Absolutely loved this piece of property. It is a charming cottage and gives that perfect Boca Grande feel. Fabulous location. It was perfect for my husband and I with our son and his friend. The front courtyard is large and a great place to have a few other friends over for happy hour. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent a very chilly week in Boca Grande and the Pink cottage kept us cozy. Easy walk to town and convenient to the Inn to meet friends. Everything was clean, tidy and didn’t lack for anything. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful experience

This was our second time staying at the cottage and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. Perfect for a family of four and ideally located on the island. Great communication from the owner. If you’re looking for a VRBO on the island, look no further.

Another great week in the pink cottage at Gasparilla! The weather was nearly perfect! The cottage so comfortable! The town was absolutely teaming with visitors but the neighborhood was really quiet! Great recharge before a busy spring and summer! Looking forward to coming back as soon as possible!

Charming cottage which has everything you need

This property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The screened front porch is comfortable and a terrific place to spend time. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and supplies. This is a great location, so convenient to town. It is also a terrific property if you bring your pet! The fenced front yard and patio are terrific!

Beautiful cottage, great location

This is a lovely cottage with full amenities. Large screened porch and a big front yard with ample seating. As is not usually the case, the cottage is even more beautiful and cozy than it appears in the photos. It is located no more than a few blocks from everything in Boca Grande. Our hosts Andy and Regina are lovely as well. We will be back!

Lovely Pink Cottage

We love this cottage. It is perfect for us two retirees. The spaces are well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The location is ideal - quiet but just a few blocks from town. The film festival in Feb. was a real bonus. Andy was very helpful. We are returning next Winter.

Second year renters

We love this cute and cozy house and have already made our reservation for next year. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is a brief golf cart ride to the business area, we find ourselves often reading on the nice screened in porch. We love the included bikes for early morning rides to the lighthouse end of the park for seashell hunting. The included beach chairs are also a welcome addition to our enjoyment of a day at the beach.

Family Vacation

What a wonderful spot! Great outdoor space for dining, relaxing, and for the kids to play. Fenced in too! House was super cute, cozy, and plenty of space for the family to sleep and play games. We would go back in a heartbeat! Homeowner was very proactive with communication and kind. Whole process could not have been easier for check in and check out! 5/5 stars!!! Tropical Paradise

I had admired this home for several years while staying a couple of nights at the Inn and finally got the opportunity to take off more time and stay for more than a few days. Ian recked havoc over the entire island but dedicated homeowners found the way to restore most homes before their season! Home is in such a great location! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living area! The yard is just beautiful with new landscaping and furniture. Owners are extremely nice and very responsive. We can't wait to go back !!
