This island paradise is nestled in the upscale, gated condo community of Sea Oats on historic Gasparilla Island. By day, you can enjoy the 4 miles of private access beach in both directions or lounge at the generously scaled pool/Jacuzzi, surrounded by an amazing tropical garden. After a stress-free day, head back to the large screened-in deck for the sights of one of our famous sunsets and watch as the dolphins play right off the beach line.

Gasparilla Island is known for being a vacation spot for many famous aristocrats such as the Bush Family, Richard Nixon, Katherine Hepburn and other movie stars. This tiny Island is a mere 7 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. There are no high-rise buildings, fast-food restaurants, malls, or stoplights. However, the island has all the amenities you’ll need: restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, bike/golf-cart rentals, quaint shops, a hardware store, paved paths for your bike or golf cart, and a community center with playgrounds, a theater, and a fitness facility.

Boca has the great distinction of being “The Tarpon Capitol of the World”. This sport fish runs seasonally in the Boca Grande Pass from May to July. Other sport fish also populate the area year-round, to the delight of both avid and novice fishermen. Backwater fishing allows anglers to land snook, grouper, and other sport fish during their stay. Full fishing charter and guide services are available.

For golf enthusiasts, there are several excellent golf courses within a short drive of the Condo. The pristine beach is great for shelling, taking long walks, or enjoy cooling off in the clear gulf waters.

This smoke-free unit is located on the third/top floor, with a direct view of the Gulf and our magical sunsets. Just a few short steps from the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private entrance to the bathroom. The Unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Newly installed carpet, Washer/Dryer, 70 and 42-inch big screen HD TVs, Blue Ray player, Wi-Fi, and AC. Covered parking is located under the building. New Linens and new fully equipped kitchen included. A Newly purchased Golf Cart is available for rental. No delivery/return is necessary simply advise us that you would like to rent the cart, and kart keys will be delivered to your door the day you arrive, simply leave the Cart Keys along with the Condo keys upon departure, nothing more to do.
