Enjoy a little bit of paradise at this cozy, open concept home. Fully renovated with Brazilian cherry flooring in the living and dining areas and kitchen. Convenient to everything the island has to offer; our beach access to the Gulf of Mexico beach is a quick walk away. The heated, in-ground swimming pool is yours alone and next to a spacious patio and expansive deck.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedrooms have queen beds. Flat screen televisions are in two of the bedrooms and the living room. There is excellent wi-fi service to keep you connected. Updated, fresh linens for bed, bath and beach are included and a full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the family bathroom.

A full complement of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils fill the generous kitchen cabinets. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator with icemaker make meal preparation easy. The newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops is adjacent to the dining area and sundeck, both of which have tables with seating for 6. The charcoal grill can be used on the patio or on the deck.

Beach chairs, umbrella and toys can be found in the storage shed on the ground level. The island's bike path is directly across the street and parallels the specially-designed jogging trail.

For those rare too-chilly Florida nights, or just for a little more ambiance, the living room fireplace helps make everything more comfortable. A selection of books and an outdoor fire pit make relaxing even easier.

Wonderful stay on north end of island

Our four day stay on Boca Grande was lovely the house was great - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We really enjoyed the pool. The walk to the private beach was easy. And it was a fun golf cart ride down to town would absolutely stay here again.

Tranquil paradise!

This wss for sure the most relaxed vacation my family has taken. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities you would need. The pool is great. The beach access is very short walk to a gorgeous private beach. We were there basically by ourselves every time we went. The owners are wonderful, and the check in process was a breeze! Would definitely recommend!!

Great spot for quiet week at the beach

Had a great week with family at the condo. Saltwater pool onsite was clean and warmed. Owner was kind, very responsive, helpful. Looks like last few years storms had been harsh on other parts of the island, but this place - and the beach that was just a quick few min walk -- were perfect.

Boca Grande April 2024

We had the best time at the house and visiting Boca Grande. Karl called us and emailed us with the information to get into the house a couple days before arrival which was very reassuring. We had all the towels, supplies, beach umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. we needed for our stay. The pool was great to have and we rented a golf cart to get to and from town. We rented a car but only used it to get to and from the airport. Everything we needed was on the island and it was very nice not to have to get in the car with our kids (2&4) during our vacation. We stopped at Walmart before getting to the island for groceries and cooked a lot at the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We definitely want to stay again! Thank you for letting us rent your home on Boca Grande! We had a great stay and time!

Great long weekend

House and pool were excellent. Clean and well equipped. We rented a golf cart which we used to go downtown for dinner each night. We had the beach to ourselves and our home was very private and quiet. Can’t say enough positives about the property and location.
