Recently renovated large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with King size bed in Master, Bedroom 2 has 2 FULL Size Bunk beds, 1 twin bed and a Full Size Sleeper in living room. Fully Equipped for up to 9 people. Base pricing for up to 6 guests, guests 7 and 8 have an extra nightly fee. Still the best price on Sandy Beach for 8 guests.

The Princesa de Penasco Resort is beach living at its finest. When you look out of your condo you see the gorgeous Sea of Cortez, stunning views of paradise right from your 3rd floor extra-large balcony, dining area, living room, or master bedroom! Beautiful beaches, golf, jet ski rental, ride a horse on the beach, drive Quads in the desert and enjoy the charm of Mexico.

Princesa Resort has a fitness center, 3 large swimming pools, one with a Swim Up Bar, one heated, three wading pools for kids, and a hot tub where you can relax and meet other vacationers. There is a section of the beach only for resort visitors, so you can always have your own piece of the beach to enjoy with your guests. How about a massage on the beach? Yes, to can have that too.

Colin´s Cantina is right on the property. It really is the “local corner bar-restaurant”. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Colin´s is also the place to show up to watch the game, some fresh fish tacos and something cold on tap. They are open seven days a week, with Happy Hour from 4pm till 6pm with a nice outdoor patio.

This resort is only a few minutes from the active fishing port of Puerto Penasco, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops, and clubs with your friends or family. Pick up some shrimp or fish at any of the vendors on the Malecon.

This condo is large (1150 sq ft) and features spectacular views. The condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove; and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Want to chill and watch a movie? There are flat screen TVs in the Living Room and every bedroom and Netflix is live!
Need to stay connected? There is a good Internet service with a dedicated router and WiFi right in the condo.

Door access is by a personal door lock code. So, there are no keys to manage, distribute, carry around, and also increases security since keys cannot be copied. A Free
safe is provide for laptops and all you other valuables.

Easy booking and gorgeous stay at Princesa!

This is probably second or third time booking with this owner, everything was super smooth. Just one thing our group could have used : more plastic bowls (to mix our pancake mix, for example). Kitchen is fully ready, and frying pans were great- thanks for so many! You will have the fluffiest and most white towels you can ever imagine. The beds are also very comfortable in this unit. Thanks so much for a wonderful time, we will most certainly book again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time staying at this resort. Very quiet and clean. Pools were warm and well maintained. House had TV, WIFI, Netflix etc. David was very responsive and helpful. We would rent this condo again!

Really Nice Place

The unit is in a great location, in the back center, so you get a nice view of the grounds and the ocean. We walked the beach for miles both ways, and noticed that the Princesa was the one with the best grounds and pools. It's really pretty and well cared for. The unit was clean and well supplied. The fridge leaks water at times, and there were no wine glasses, only plastic margarita glasses, but those were very minor problems. The master bedroom is fabulous. The other bedroom that sleeps 6 is definitely cramped for multiple people, but most of the time we were outside. We had trouble getting the TV to connect to either local tv stations or Netflix, but the owner got it working for us before we left. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely go back to this rental.

Didn't get combo till we were at front door. At bottom of listing we thought it said 3 bedroom. The second bed was bunks and once in bottom you couldn't move. 3 beds in one room so you couldn't turn around. Couch was falling apart and dirty.no cable in front room. Twio nights before we left internet went out. Pans were all worped.smoke detectors kept chirping. Only Spanish on small TV. TSRRIBLE

Amazing Spring Break

Super clean apartment! it smelled fresh as I entered. This property has a brand new fridge, brand new stove and oven and all appliances necessary (in my opinion they could use a new frying pan, since it's so nice to make our own pancakes the day the cantina is shut down, on Wednesdays). This was our third time, but first at David's property. They carry big, white fluffly towels that actually dry- and OF COURSE we brought our own beach towels and other beach equipment. Please have the number of towels to the number of guests coming David (but I always bring extras, as well as rugs for the floor since my kids splash water sometimes). We try to leave the apartment cleaner than we found it, and took care of it like it was our own. David is quick to reply, either you choose to email or text him. I asked about the water one night (it was a bit cold!) but it isn't an issue of the condo, and yes for the whole building- give it a little time and the water heats up. My kids appreciate it the space- we loved everything about it. The drier works despite being old (I think it's the style for these condos, our previous had the same style)- and YES- we did clean the Lint holder a couple of times, as our host suggested. I would book this property again, in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo!!

Very nice place to enjoy a few days of much needed R&R. Close to the beach and although the property is under construction in the pool area it will be that much nicer when it is complete! Condo is very large and well maintained!

Awesome condo.

This was by far the best experience vacationing. We had about 10 families vacationing at Princessa Penasco and honestly we liked this condo the most. Very modern, clean, well equipped, has all the necessary appliances needed to fulfill your vacation. Besides that, this condo had more than needed things that others condos didn't have which was a plus. Extra purified water was plus at this condo. Extra towels, and safe came to be very useful. Communication with the owner was very quick and easy. I think that if we will stay at Princessa Penasco again, we would book the same condo, hopefully. I would give it a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating.

Great towels!

Not good for 2 couples. Not cleaned when we arrived at 4:30 pm. Small bedrooms. Queen bed in master with small window with locked cupboards surrounding it. 2nd bedroom had bunk beds dissembled to make 2 twins - not so much fun for the spouse to climb in & out. Even my "twin" was uncomfortable. Lamp had a broken switch between the beds. Unfortunately it was cold for February, so not much enjoying of the little deck. Also, MAJOR construction happening on the property & was not told about it until the day we left from Tucson. Would never have agreed to staying there had we known. Only 1 pool was heated & it was in front of another building. Possibly a good place for a couple with small children. Only used refrigerator and coffee machine. But hot water & thirsty towels for showers. Oh, BUT BRING YOUR OWN SOAP!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and Sandy Beach. Our condo has an extra large patio made for soaking up the sun. You are just steps away from 3 large pools, hot tubs, beach volley ball, outdoor grills, fitness center and a private beach reserved for guests of Princesa de Penasco Resort.
