Your resort style complex has a beautiful Clubhouse to hang out with the other “kids” (with winter games and activities), a small private movie theater, two heated swimming pools (you deserve more than one), three spas, and two fitness centers (no excuses now) in a super friendly community.

Nearby South Mountain Park, the largest city Park in the US and one of the largest urban parks in the world supplies endless Sonoran Desert trails for mountain biking (lots of biking!), horse riding and hiking. Sunset drives to the mountain top is a popular local activity.

Super easy to get around everywhere, near the I-10/202 loop for fast access to all Metro valley freeways. Explore the valley, make excursions to Sedona, Tombstone or the Grand Canyon (take the camera!).

Yours is an ultra cool easy steps second floor condo with a balcony overlooking one of the heated swimming pools (which is supplied with a big gas bbq grill just steps away from your kitchen), where you’ll spend a lot of your time soaking up the great weather.

Your living room sports a fireplace, a 50" flat screen TV, a couch and a recliner plus a ceiling fan for that cool Arizona feel.
The bathroom features double vanities so both of you can get ready for the day simultaneously and a new linen tile bathtub.
The full kitchen - with granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, under cabinets lighting, stainless steel appliances and under mounted large sinks - is well stocked with all sorts of useful gadgets like a crock pot, a regular and a Keurig coffee maker (your choice!), a mini chopper (it is obligatory for you to make salsa while in AZ), pie tins, etc. in case you get exhausted trying out all the restaurants and eateries around.
Of course, the laundry is inside the unit with full size washer and dryer and there’s an iron and ironing board (did I say fun yet?).

Your bedroom’s comfy queen bedroom set includes linens (and pool towels), blackout curtians for great sleep, has a wall mounted 42" flat screen TV, a little computer desk for your laptop and device charging and is stocked with the usual office supplies you’ll need while away and a few tools in case you need to fix your suitcase (just look in the drawers).

Did I mention the 50" flat screen TV which includes basic cable TV and that WiFi internet is inclusive January, February and March?

When you come, please try to not brag to your friends and relatives back home. It’s not nice.

The condo is personally cleaned by the owners using enhanced practices to ensure the best possible stay.

Water, sewer, garbage removal, electricity, WiFi internet and basic cable TV included during the peak season of January, February and March.

During the low season of April through November WiFi internet, electricity, water, sewer and garbage removal are included (basic cable TV is a separate charges. Unit is outfitted with a Roku Streaming stick).

No smoking and no pets please, the place is allergy free.
