The house was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly need. Brian and Teresa were great to work with. The only negative was that the pool was not heated and was unusable during our stay. The advertisement should clarify this.

Beautiful location

This was the perfect house to rent for a month. Nice community, close to amenities: hiking, mountain bike riding, motorcycle, walking, gyms, shopping. The owners very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great Vacation Rental. Quiet, Safe and clean gated neigborhood.

This is a must stay home when visiting phoenix. Very easy access to almost everything. Awesome mountain views, clean and safe neigborhood. I like the arragement of the home. Its stocked with all essentials.. the owners were very friendly and readily avaible if needed.

Convenient location, clean, and photos were true to the property’s furnishings and condition. Well appointed kitchen (note that the owner doesn’t allow renters to use the fridge water or ice maker…they consider doing so a liability). Really nice to have a garage. The owners don’t control the community pool so no stars docked, but note that if you are wanting a very nice pool, this isn’t it. It’s small with only one shade option. Neighborhood is gated and quiet.
