Perfect for any stay

I was in town for work but Robert's place would be a perfect spot for any reason. Beautifully landscaped property with a nice pool in the courtyard. Quiet and attractive neighborhood that's close to anything you may need. Communication with the host was a breeze and he was VERY prompt and responsive.

Best stay in Ahwatukee

We rented the condo from Robert for about six weeks this summer. First of, Robert is the best host! Easy to reach, communicative, and kind. The condo is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. It is even better in person than in the pictures! The location is perfect. The pool and gym are very nice. We could not recommend this place and host more! Thank you Robert!

Dissapointed

The owner assured us that the pool was heated. We booked for a month. More than half of the month, the pool was NOT heated. He also assured us that the condo was clean. It wasen't. We washed the windows. Washed the floors. Dusted. His furniature looked it was from Good Will. We bought our own pans because his pots and pans were as cheap as he is. We paid $3,000 for this dmall ground floor Cond apartment DUMP. Do not rent.

My Experience

This property was in a good location. Nice neighborhood. The condo was very clean and everything was in good working order. I stayed here for 45 days. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Also many stores within walking distance.

This condo was close to everything we needed. It was very homey and comfortable. The area it was in was quiet but it was located near major highways that made it easy to get around to other attractions. Would love to come back!

Perfect Golf Getaway

Robert’s place has everything you need. The location is ideally located. It was easy to get to downtown Phoenix and to all the golf courses we played. The condo was spotless and very close to the pool and hot tub which was great after a day of golf. Robert was very responsive and very friendly. We will definitely stay again when back in the area. (If in the area you have to go to WCKD brewery and bar and to Thai Paradise. Both excellent!)

A modern condo, nicely equipped, kitchen was well stocked. I found the foam mattress a little warm, my mate found it fine. There was an honest-to-god junk drawer in the kitchen, with matches, flashlight, scissors, etc. Very comfortable stay, I would gladly stay there again.

Gem of a stay

This condo is a Gem. Robert is great and communication with him was very easy. The condo has everything you could need and then some. We were in town for a funeral so we didnt spend a lot of time at the condo. We loved the Ac which kept us cool. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was great with great water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. The area was super safe and quiet and is close to shops and stores. I cant say enough good things about this place. We cant wait to come back and Thanks again Robert for being such a Wonderful host.
