Summer 2024

Had 12 wonderfull days enjoying a fantastic house and views. Owner was helpfull and supportive when ever needed. I can only recommend a stay 😃🌞

Fantastic villa with amazing views

We had a fantastic holiday here. The villa is lovely, spacious, comfortable and super well equipped, really feels like a home from home. Jennifer was so helpful, with lots of info and responding quickly to any queries. The pool is really beautiful - big, up behind the house (shared with about 20 houses but never busy) and with 360 views of the sea and hills behind. Fabulous, we'll definitely be coming back!

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed the week in the house, given the splendid views, well kept garden and fine swimming pool. The house is well equipped and situated in a green area with low rise holiday homes. Cala Llevado is a beautiful beach, but please note that the steep walk downhill is not suitable for small children. In that case nearby Canyelles beach (5 min by car) is more convenient. Only drawback of the house was the furniture in the upper and lower terrace which could be improved.

Beautiful views

The views from the balconies are beautiful. Tossa de Mar is beautiful and lively. The beachbar was good but it is a steep climb back to the house. We had a pleasant stay allthough there is no airconditioning upstairs. The fans and the seabreeze did the job most of the time. The house is well equiped bit we missed a electrical coffeemaker. And the loungeset needs new cushions. We had a nice holiday.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Koelsysteem in huis werkt prima. Het zwembad is perfect. Leuk strandje op loopafstand. Wel zware klim weer omhoog in de warmte. Goede supermarkt op loopafstand. En Tossa is een mooi stadje.

Heerlijk verblijf met fantastische uitzicht

We hebben met ons gezin een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Tossa. Ook onze kinderen 14-11- en 8 jaar vonden het heerlijk. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en lekker rustig. Het strand beneden is echt een pareltje, de klim naar boven kost wat moeite maar is het waard. Het contact met Jennifer verliep uitstekend, ze is een goede gastvrouw en dat op afstand :-). Je kunt goed wandelen in de omgeving. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Confort et vue exceptionnelle pour des vacances superbes au cœur de la Costa Brava

Un petit lotissement sécurisé en haut de la colline abrite des maisons mitoyennes sur trois niveaux, conçues et meublées avec goût, où rien ne manque au confort. Jardin, terrasse, patio, balcon réservent des ambiances chaleureuses et des vues sur la Méditerranée et la forêt de pins à couper le souffle. La grande piscine de la résidence offre une vue panoramique et sa pelouse plantée de pins permet d’alterner ombre ou soleil. La plage, superbe enfilade de criques (amenez masque et tuba, l’eau est claire et poissonneuse !), est accessible à 800m en pente raide, c’est pourquoi ce séjour ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Tossa de Mar à moins de 3km est une jolie ville médiévale très animée ; on peut y accéder à pied par des sentiers forestiers superbes. Un grand camping en contrebas de la résidence permet le petit ravitaillement dans un supermarché bien achalandé. La location est gérée par un homme à tout faire polyglotte, très sympathique et compétent (chasse d’eau réparée en un clin d’oeil). Enfin Jennifer, la propriétaire, est adorable et répond aux questions par mail à la vitesse de l’éclair ! Je recommande cette jolie villa de Cala Llevado sans hésiter, et je la relouerait probablement à l’avenir. P.S. : mes enfants de 11 et 14 ans ne veulent plus aller ailleurs...
