We had a hiccup the first night we got there with the A/C being out. Missi got it fixed first thing the next morning and the rest of our stay was incredible. After that first night, this turned out to be our favorite stay in Waco by far! It actually felt like a true home and had everything we needed. Missi is an amazing host and I can tell that she truly cares that you have a good stay. The location was also incredible. We all felt safe the entire stay and the neighborhood was lovely for taking walks. This home will be the first one I check availability for if we return to Waco anytime soon!

This house was perfect for our stay in Waco for family weekend at Baylor. We had plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 children that stayed in the house. Also, our host was great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider this house for future stays in Waco!

The house was great! All the details and amenities in each room were very well thought out. Very comfortable and spacious. Host was very responsive and check in and out was quick and easy. This area is also perfect! So many shops and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Such a lovely stay

The house was so clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could need. The host was easily accessible when I had a question about checking out. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and had quick access to anything we needed. I’ll definitely stay again when in town visiting family!!

VERY NICE & FANTASTIC BEDS!!!!!!!

This home was the nicest one I have ever rented. Everything is nicely decorated. There is responsibility in staying here but normal things to take care of nice things. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. I definitely plan on coming back some day!!!!!

Everything we needed and easy access to Baylor

We had a great stay! Plenty of comfy seating to hang out. Great lighting in bathroom for putting on makeup. Nice backyard and big bedrooms with comfy beds. Lots of pillows and blankets. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Missi responded quickly to the few questions we had. Good trip…except for the game score LOL.

OUTSTANDING

This is the best rental that we have every stayed in. Missy was great from the beginning to the end. Missy and Steve were the best as they made sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed. The house was clean with everything in place and easy to find and we felt like we were at home the entire trip. This is a home away from home that we will definitely utilize again and we highly recommend it for your next family gathering.

Great house

This was a wonderful place for the family to stay. We had all ages, from our 5 week old grandson all the way up to my 86 year old mother-in-law. We were in town for our son's wedding at Old Bethany Wedding & Events. It was only about 10 minutes away. It's also very convenient to all Waco has to offer. Thank you, Missi, for your attention to detail. We had everything we needed. Thankfully the AC powered through the record breaking heat Waco had while we were there! Quiet neighborhood, lovely setting.
