It's a perfect place to sit back and watch the water life. In the evening stroll down the beautiful floral walkway through pink oleanders. Relax on the dock with your glass of wine or umbrella drinks and enjoy the wonderful sunsets and wildlife. There’s white and blue heron, ducks, geese, otters, and even a white pelican or seal from time to time. Bring your camera and binoculars!

The 40’ private dock has plenty of room to tie up your boats and watercraft. The dock is just 100 feet from ‘fast water’ where delta boat speeds are unlimited! The dock is also right across from Lido Beach. It’s a small tidal island where people hang out. The beach is easy to swim to or you can use the two included kayaks. Bring along your stand up paddle boards if you have them - highly recommended.

If you’re into fishing this will be paradise. Cast off with your favorite rig right from the dock. Fishermen travel from all over just to fish right here! It's a favorite spot for the locals and a great place to catch largemouth bass all year. The kayak has a pole holder if you want to go explore. An inexpensive fishing license is recommended.

The property includes a huge waterfront grass lawn - very rare in Discovery Bay. Lawn toys include croquet, horse shoes, bocce ball, Frisbee, and more! Bring your baseball mitts and other favorite yard toys. There’s a full size pool and huge wrap around deck with plenty of lounge areas. Don’t forget your pool floats!

The home is a 3 bedroom, two bath single story ranch - no stairs. It includes 900Mb wifi internet which will handle all the devices your group may need. A new Samsung Smart TV and HDMI connector gives you many options to login to all your online TV and computer apps. Separate Bluetooth television speakers are available for wireless connections to your smart devices. In 2022 a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, water heater, air conditioner, washer and dryer and other updates were installed with extended warranty.

Here are a few helpful tips if you are new to the area:
• If you have a boat, Jetski, etc. look for homes the shortest distance to fast water
• Back yards on the outside perimeter of Discovery Bay have open nature views
• Back yards on the interior bays look across at other homes (which are looking across at you)
• Back yards in the middle of Discovery Bay are waterfront on a small lake - no access to fast water
• Point lots are best as they provide much more privacy and wider water frontage
• East and north facing homes (back yards) are best to avoid baking in the long afternoon sun
• Street location is not too important - everything in Discovery Bay is easily accessible by bicycle
• Be sure there is enough driveway parking to fit all your cars (keeps the neighbors happy)
