Light and Bright open floor plan with great room and expansive windows and water view. Ideal location with morning sun and afternoon shade. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the large deck with jacuzzi, gas BBQ and outdoor stereo system looking out over quiet bay. Private 36' U dock for boat parking, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and rafts for relaxing in bay after full day on the water. Great fishing right off the dock or hop in the boat for a full day of it. Then come home to a 42" switch operated, efficient fireplace that is instantly hot with a flip of a switch- warm & easy. Fully stocked kitchen amenities & appliances. 60" smart TV in great room and 42" smart TV in master w/ wireless internet. No local TV channels but over 100 channels provided through smart TV. 2 King bedrooms & 3rd room has 2 bunk beds. Converted garage w/ ping pong table, additional refrigerator and stereo system for game night! Our home is about 15 minutes from fast water. Not wheelchair accessible and no pets allowed.

Our two boys were practically born on the delta and now young adults.
We have just remodeled the entire home. It's a lovely home that we continue to enjoy as time permits.
