Guest Access & Parking

Guests have direct access to the front door and backyard.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway, with limited street parking. Only one street parking spot is available directly in front of the house. A maximum of 2–3 cars is allowed, so carpooling is recommended for larger groups.

Other Things to Note

Life jackets are available. For your safety, please wear a life jacket at all times while on the lower deck, as the lower deck floats on the water.

Fishing from the deck is permitted. Fishing poles and gear are not provided, so please bring your own equipment.

Boat rental partnerships are available for half-day or full-day rentals. Please note that all water activities are at your own risk, and guests should use caution while on or near the water.

Only one boat and one jet ski are permitted at a time in the 5 mph no-wake zone. Please be mindful of the quiet, close-knit retirement community and respect the neighbors during your stay.
