This two story, three bedroom spacious home has everything our guests desire. Each bedroom has a queen size bed,and a private full bathroom with a bathtub. The master suite has a separate shower, walk in closet, and a large jacuzzi. A private balcony overlooks the freshwater bay. The home is beautifully furnished, with three new smart tv's, free wifi, and bbq on a spacious, furnished waterfront deck.Central air conditioning, gas stove, side by side frig, microwave, and ample parking on a corner lot, with a circular driveway. An immaculate Steinway seven foot grand piano awaits your expression. A fully stocked kitchen, and a very large grocery store is nearby. No dogs, extra guests, or parties of any kind are allowed.
This home is ten minutes to fast water, with dock,outdoor shower, deck, and bbq. Several local wineries, hospitals,and shopping all within 15 miles. Pickle ball and tennis courts, soccer/ baseball fields, walking and biking trails,steakhouse/sports bar, marina boat launch and restaurants, grade school,dog park, all within one mile. Brentwood Country club is 14 miles away. A Discovery Bay golf course and country club is within the development. Enjoy the warm weather, beautiful sunsets and waterfront lifestyle in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

A beautiful two story home. Each bedroom has a full, private bath so each guest has their own mini suite. There is also a 1/2 bath, chefs kitchen, private dock for your boat, outdoor shower, smart tv's, free internet, and plenty of parking in a safe and fun neighborhood. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, hiking and biking all nearby!
