Enjoy the character and charm of a traditional beach home under the palms in a quiet in-demand neighborhood. With all the modern amenities, Island Breeze is great for families, couples, small groups or a wonderful personal get-away.

The cozy living room opens onto the front porch which features rocking chairs and a beckoning porch swing. The fully equipped kitchen has dining for 4 plus a breakfast bar, and opens onto the rear porch with seating and dining for 6. All rooms have warm bead board ceilings and overhead fans.

The cottage has a TV, VCR/DVD, Wi-Fi (high speed internet) and Fire stick with Sling TV and additional streaming options. A full-sized stack washer/dryer and an outdoor gas grill are available for your use. There is a double security door tucked away that joins with “Island Breeze”.

This property is located a short walk from the ocean, and 1 mile to the pier and Village. It’s a quick walk to popular St. Simons restaurants such as The Crab Trap, Barrier Island, Echo, Crab Daddy’s, Fiddler’s, and King & Prince. Parking is available for two cars.

St. Simons Island is a special place every season of the year. We are happy to share Lesser Breeze with you!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: There are exterior cameras on the back of the home.
NOTE: There is an Amazon Fire stick attached to the TV. Instructions for using the provided app SlingTV are provided.
