This is our second time staying at this property and we still love staying there. It’s so nice having dish soap, paper towels, and other essentials provided, especially when you are only going to be there for 5 days or less. We will probably stay here again. Had a great time!

We had a great visit and loved everything about Joanie’s cottage on St. Simons. Everything was perfect and would stay there again. We had an issue with the TV and she was on it to fix the problem. The welcome snack basket was thoroughly enjoyed. It was quiet at night and easy to get to wherever we needs to go. We highly recommend this vrbo.

Great little cottage. Quiet neighborhood and house had everything we needed. They even supplied essentials like paper towels, dish soap, etc. We will probably stay there again!

What a gem! This is definitely one of the top vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, comfortable linens and bed, perfect location, and incredible hospitality. The host was warm and communicative and prepared our stay with the cutest basket of goodies and tons of toiletries making our stay comfortable right from the time we entered. Would highly recommend!
