We are a couple that purchased our first property in Puerto Vallarta in 2013 (our main home is in Los Angeles, CA) - after meeting in Puerto Vallarta in 2002. This is our own little slice of paradise. We are glad we can share our oceanfront condo with you.

Why they chose this property

We love this building! We own three condos in this building; La Palapa's 702, 703, and now 604. This concierge building is completely safe and secure, with 24-hour on-site staff. The views are breathtaking and you are literally on the sand. Once you arrive at our condo, you do not need a car. Almost everything you could ever want - including fine dining, great nightlife, beautiful beaches, and charming cobblestoned streets all surround you.

What makes this property unique

Our building houses the famous La Palapa Restaurant; considered one of the most distinguished restaurants in all of Mexico and internationally. The food and service are amazing. Our condo is large and welcoming, with a great living area including a large outdoor patio, which is fabulous for dining out under the sun and the moon. Or for enjoying a south-of-the border cocktail before heading out for dinner at one of the excellent restaurants in town.
