3 nice rooms and a nice little loft with an extra bed, you will spend weekends or friendly holiday with family or friends. This house, completely renovated, has kept its authenticity. By taking the wooden stairs, you will find all levels floors and original beams. The kitchen, very functional and well laid out, adds a modern touch in this rural setting.
Close to major sites classified as Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, Minerva, and many other places, you'll be spoiled for choice outings!
To enjoy a relaxing time at the water's edge, just 5 minutes drive, Lake Jouarres is for you. If you opt for the sea, it will take you less than an hour to get there!

Maison agréable mais dommage pour le vis à vis

Maison plutĂŽt agrĂ©able mais situĂ©e en face d'une entreprise : sa ventilation et le va et vient des camions, ainsi que le vis Ă  vis nous ont empĂȘchĂ© de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes (dur en ce mois d'aoĂ»t plutĂŽt chaud sachant que la clim n'est pas prĂ©sente Ă  tous les Ă©tages) Les Ă©quipements proposĂ©s Ă©taient conformes Ă  la description. Nous avons juste eu un problĂšme avec le lave vaisselle et nous n'avons eu que peu d'aide pour le rĂ©soudre... Siran est un joli village mais vraiment trĂšs isolĂ© (presque pas de commerces et de connectivitĂ©) ce qui est un problĂšme avec de jeunes enfants. Le jardin Ă©voquĂ© dans un post de 2015 aurait Ă©tĂ© un vrai plus.

Calme et confort

Tout d'abord merci Ă  Madame Bonicel, notre propriĂ©taire, grĂące Ă  laquelle l'organisation de notre sĂ©jour s'est tres bien dĂ©roulĂ©e avec des Ă©changes tĂ©lĂ©phoniques tres cordiaux. La maison est situĂ©e dans un petit village du Minervois trĂšs calme loin de l'agitation des grandes villes mais tout proche de nombreux sites Ă  visiter : Minerve, Caune Minervois, gouffre gĂ©ant de Cabrespine.....nous avons mĂȘme pu passer une journĂ©e en bord de mer, Ă  une petite heure seulement de route. La maison est confortable et bien rĂ©novĂ©e, elle a su garder tout le charme de l'ancien avec ses pierres apparentes et ses planchers en bois. Les chambres sont confortables mĂȘme si une penderie aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque sauf peut ĂȘtre un grille pain. La prĂ©sence de deux salles de bain (toutes neuves) est un plus fort apprĂ©ciable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas,autour de la maison, un petit jardin, cela aurait Ă©tĂ© parfait ! En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans une maison alliant confort et calme, comme nous le souhaitions !
