Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa Alegra with pretty pool which benefits from the addition of a fabulous private poolside bar and covered dining area. All 3 bedrooms have aircon.

There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. Living room with views out to the garden and pool and a door to the balcony/naya for "al fresco" dining. The living room is also semi open to the kitchen. This leads out to the pool and terrace area, including the poolside bar with fridge freezer for cold drinks by the pool. The second reception room has a sofa- bed (to fit 2 children or 1 adult) Families only.

This villa has free wifi, Air con, UK TV, private pool with bar and secure parking.

There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa. The Arenal beach area is approx 6-7 mins drive.

Javea itself has been called the "Jewel in the crown" of the Costa Blanca, as it is such a beautiful corner of the world with something for everyone. In Javea you can choose to relax and enjoy the beaches, shops and bars or for the more energetic there are many walks and sights to see. ( routes for which are available from the tourist information offices here in Javea) Javea also has a Golf course, Tennis Courts, bicycle hire, numerous diving schools and water sport activities to take part in.

Lovely and peaceful villa

We had many peaceful days at this villa, such a lovely spot, and very private. Great outdoor area, and the air con was very much appreciated! Oh and the bed was comfier than mine at home! Our son loved the pool and spent most days in it! Alisa was always on hand should we need her, and very helpful :) xx

Ne vous fiez pas au photos . L 'habitation est sale , particulièrement l'extérieur ...Les appareils electroménagers ( lave vaisselle... 20ans / lave linge ) fonctionnent quand ils veulent ...TOUT est vieillissant et trés mal entretenu voire pas entretenu du tout ; douches , robinetterie , pelouse artificielle ( jamais nettoyée ...) et pour couronner le tout on vous prélève 99€ pour une pale de ventilateur cassée ( car mal fixée ...comme le reste ). Hélas nous avons eu l 'honnêteté de le signaler ...à tort . Notre première reflexion lorsque nous sommes arrivés a été " on s'est trompé d'adresse " ...Attention aucun état des lieux n 'est fait a l 'arrivée !!! Bref , beaucoup à dire ...et pas en bien surtout par rapport au cout de la location ...

A really nice place to stand... Pool bar with freezer and so on..good wi fi . just add please more cultry ! but we surely plan to be back next year.. Amazing, great holiday. Already booked to return.

Had an amazing holiday, the villa was great and had everything we needed. The kids loved it too, they were either in the pool, playing the giant connect 4 in the garden or if they had had enough sun, they could play on the xbox in the lounge. They were happy -we here happy..ideal!! Having your own private bar is a great idea, we used it all the time, my husband enjoyed playing barman!! We also tried 3 of the restaurants in walking distance from the villa (a pizzeria/Italian, an Indian and also a Greek restaurant, so they was something for everyone. The food was great and they were child friendly too. Can't wait to come back.
