From the moment you step through the front door you're treated to nautical works of art, like the sailing ship model on display, and impeccable decor, all carefully chosen by the owner. The sophistication continues throughout the rest of the home with large double patio doors letting natural light stream through from the beach. Even the outside gives off the same refined feel with 2 huge pools-one seasonally heated. Soak away stresses in the hot tub's warm waters in an indoor area, while enjoying peace and quiet.

Nautical Nook easily sleeps eight with a queen sofa bed and new memory foam mattress. Enjoy the lush, tropical gardens on Regency Tower grounds-just lovely. Parking is not a problem and 2 cars are allowed at Nautical Nook.

Indulge your inner chef with all the amenities in the incredible well-stocked kitchen. Not only is it beautiful with granite countertops, designer tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances but it supplies plenty of dishes, stainless steel pots, utensils, and a large assortment of glasses to cook for your family or friends. There's a countertop toaster/oven combo so you don't have to heat the stove oven. Serve up your home-cooked masterpieces in the dining area just off the kitchen that seats six comfortably indoors or eat on the balcony table at ocean front. You don't want to cook? Well, Bikini Bob's right on site has great, reasonably priced food and yummy alcoholic drinks. If you forgot something walk across the street to Dollar General. Let's top off our pleasure with a succulent, juicy steak cooked on the charcoal grills a few steps from the condo. Yummmm!

Restful nights await in the Master Bedroom with a comfy king pillow top, platform bed and patio doors opening onto the balcony which overlooks the gulf. The master bathroom is newly remodeled with white, wavy tile depicting the ocean and a fun rain shower head. The above counter sink and granite countertop exudes luxury. Coastal decor abounds in the master areas.

Children will flip over the guest bedroom with two full size beds and plenty of room perfect for storing their treasures. This room boasts a nautical vibe in fun colors. The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo just in case the little ones need a tub. The marble vanity has plenty of room for several people to get ready.

Curl up with a good book on the cozy sofa or loveseat that flank the living room patio doors leading to the balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for a movie marathon on the 55 inch Smart TV hooked up with Roku, Netflix and other streaming services or play games. The outdoor balcony gives you amazing views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf and white, fluffy sand on the beach. Take binoculars to search for dolphins and rays or watch a ship in the distance. Always keep your camera ready, especially at sunset. There's nothing like a PCB picturesque sunset!

You rent the entire condo. This is NOT a shared space. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo. We supply laundry detergent. There are TV's in each bedroom with cable TV. There is a Pack -n -Play in a closet. Streaming movies. We supply some games and cards for those rainy days, as well as, access to Netflix. We supply 2 nice beach chairs and umbrella for your use off season or in season free beach service. You do need to supply your own beach towel. The kitchen is fully supplied with stainless steel cookware and plenty of utensils and cooking gadgets. Fridge has an ice maker. All appliances are stainless steel and full size. You may dine in at a table for 4 plus 2 at the breakfast bar or there is a patio set for 4 on the balcony. Bathrooms have been renovated with tile and upgraded. Master bathroom has oversized shower with rain head. Second bathroom has tub/shower combo. There are beach play toys in the closets. Pay if forward if you break or burst anything so the next guests will have fun!

Q.Since Regency Towers Resort is a rental resort, do we need to bring our own sheets, towels, pillows, or other linens?
A.No. There is a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pullout sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dishtowels for the kitchen.
Q.If we are just renting for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A.Yes! That's what they are there for—whether visiting for one night or for an entire season.
Q.What time is check-in/check-out at Regency Towers Resort?
A.Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Q.How old do you have to be to rent a unit?
A.At least one person must be 25 or older.
Q.Are we able to check out early?
A.You may check out early, but we will not credit the remainder of your Panama City Beach vacation. There are no refunds once you have checked in.
Q.Do you offer airport pick up?
A.To schedule airport transportation please call a taxi or Uber.
Q.Do you offer daily maid service?
A.No. Guests are provided with towels and linens for their stay. Laundry facilities are available on property and guests are more than welcome to launder their towels and linens.
Q.Do we have to pay to use the Fitness Room?
A.No. It is included as a service during your stay at Regency Towers Resort.
Q.Do you provide beach service chairs?
A.Yes, seasonally. There are 2 free beach chairs and one umbrella in the condo, also.

You can, also, enjoy flying kites on the beach, exploring the dunes, and shopping in the PCB quaint souvenir shops. The beach provides unlimited back drops for professional photographers to take your family photo of those lasting memories. If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park is perfect or go the other direction to Panama City. With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard's, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick's Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. The closest restaurants to Regency are: Alibi's, Schnooners, Sisters by the Sea, J. Most guests come by car. If you don't there are taxis, Uber, Lyft, rental cars, bikes, motorcycles, golf carts to rent or walking.
