As you enter this beautiful and very appealing condo you will find yourself right at home. This condo includes a large flat screen TV in the living room. This beautiful and inviting living room has a leather reclining sofa and loveseat and is the ideal place to unwind after a busy day of sun and surf at the beach. Daybed with trundle offers additional sleeping for 2 guests. The dining area comfortably seats 8. Just off the living you'll find the balcony with an unobstructed view of the most beautiful sugary white beaches in the world.
You'll love the recently remodeled kitchen, which is fully appointed and stocked with all major and minor appliances as well as a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whether you're planning to prepare multi-course home cooked meals during your vacation or looking to grab takeout from your favorite restaurant, you'll appreciate the conveniences of this spacious kitchen.

As much as you will enjoy the living area and kitchen of this beautiful vacation condo, you may treasure the master bedroom even more. Situated on the Gulf side of the unit, you'll be pampered with an ultra-soothing king-size bed in a large room containing plenty of closet and dresser space. There's an updated master bath with vanity, and a shower/tub combo. You'll also enjoy the private entry to the beautiful balcony from the master bedroom.

We are a family of 5 that had a great time the week of fall break! The condo was super clean, the beds comfy, and the view stunning! The daybed was a great addition to a 2 bedroom.The chair/umbrella service and Sandbar on loctaion was a huge perks! It's close to everything, but not in the middle of the chaos! We will definitely stay again!

Last of summer 2023 beach trip

The condo was very nice and the complex was close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants. The pool bar was awesome and the food and alcohol was reasonable. The owners were fantastic and communicated very well and extremely fast. We will certainly be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay in your condo was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. The only thing we had a problem with was the internet. A plus for staying here also is the food shack and bar at the pool.....prices were very reasonable and food was great

Fantastic Condo!

My sisters and I do a "Sisters' Beach Trip" each year. I think this is our favorite condo! It is very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for us (3), and even if there had been several more, it would have been sufficient. The host provides everything you need for a great trip. I can't think of anything you could need in the kitchen that wasn't furnished. Having two chairs and an umbrella on the beach is just wonderful! Thank you so much for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful beach home!

The room was nice with a great view of the ocean! The weather was wonderful during our stay and the water beautiful! Only down side was the pool would randomly close during the day sometimes for cleaning, the Karaoke on Monday night was cancelled, Ice Cream Wednesday we planned for, but it turned out to just be popsicles, and we had some friends staying in PCB that planned to come over Thursday for Karoake again, and I’m not sure if they cancelled it or what, but they never had it. I asked the bar if they were going to do it and they said they thought it was cancelled but to check the front desk. I checked the front desk and they were closed, so I checked the guard shack and they said they thought it was still on. We never saw them doing anything so we ended up just leaving the room and going out for the night. We planned to let the kids do the karaoke so they settled for the Slingshot. Other than the resort itself, the room was great!

Best place at Regency

I hate to review this condo but the owner deserves it. I want to keep it a secret so we can book it when we want. Regency Towers is the oldest high rise in PCB. You could never tell staying in this condo. We owned a condo right down the street 20 years ago and only rented to friends and family. This owner treats this condo like we treated ours. It’s clean when you get there. Leave it like you found it. It’s stocked with everything you need. The towels, beds, linens, etc…are great. It comes with every amenity that you need. Everything is new. The technology is great. You will find plenty of quality paper and bathroom products there. We had a hiccup with the AC unit and the owner was there in 20 minutes to check it out. I’m super impressed. We usually stay at the newer pricey high rises on Thomas Drive but never get the service we got here. I’m super picky but left there very happy. Don’t come there to party. The pool security and the property security is serious about their jobs. The Tiki bar is really good. If you come to have a great vacation at the quiet end of PCB this is the place to be!

First, we love Regency Tower and when we saw this gem last year, we booked it. This condo did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed. Had to communicate with the owner once, got an immediate response. Will definitely be coming back.

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay here...I loved every moment so much that I stayed an extra month. The condo itself is pleasantly decorated, clean, comfortable. It was just me for the duration, so ample space. I had family stay for a week and we were all comfortable within the large unit. The kitchen has all you can need if you're cooking in. The rooms having their own TVs make for a nice retreat if you need it. The wifi made working remote a breeze. The in-unit laundry was beyond convenient. And the views are simply breathtaking!! Jonathan was exemplary in his quick communication and also prompt to have someone out when i was having issues with the slider (all fixed by the way!). The communication was everything you could ask for. It was a great time of year to visit too - busy but not overly so. The amenities are great. I loved using the heated pool and hot tub on cooler days and the gym was never too busy. The employees on site are fantastic and I always felt safe thanks to the private, secured property. If i could've stayed longer, I'd probably still be there. Hoping to visit again soon and there's no question that this will be my first choice!
