Mistral unit 20, named Summer Salt, is a renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom on the 3rd floor. Mistral is a 24 unit complex located directly on the beach with breathtaking views. This private, less crowded, family friendly beach unit is located perfectly to enjoy all the beach, shopping, dining, entertainment, and 19 miles of bike trails that Hwy 30A has to offer. Just a bike ride away from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. A car ride down 30A will take you to Seaside, Seagrove, and Watercolors. Feel like staying in, no problem, you are on the beach just sitting on the deck. This unit has a well equipped kitchen and all the accessories you may need. Two chairs and an umbrella setup included each day during the season, March1- October 31. Please note that this complex has no elevators but is an easy walk up and down and there is not a pool.

LOWER LEVEL:
-Queen Bedroom with all new furniture, mattress, linens, tile floor, ceiling fan, TV, closet.
-Full Bathroom with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
-Built in XL Twin bunk beds with new mattresses, linens, and storage for unpacking below, charging station in each bunk.
-Very well appointed kitchen with all appliances and every thing you need! Granite counter tops.
-Bar seating for 4, table seating for 4.
-Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, TV, DVD, cable, board games, and of course, the most amazing views!!
-Private Deck with sunset views.
-Spiral staircase leads to Master Loft.

MASTER LOFT:
-Up the spiral staircase:
-King Bedroom with all new linens and furniture, TV, ceiling fan, chest, closet, vanity.
-Full brand new bathroom with double shower heads.

ALSO INCLUDED:

-Cable
-Timpoochee Bike/walk trail can be entered from parking lot.
-A charcoal grill is provided for the complex.
-Private beach access is just one floors down.

RESTRICTIONS:
-Age limit to rent is 27.
-Maximum guests, including adults and children is 8.
-3 night minimum/7 night minimum during peak season.
-No pets are allowed, no exceptions.
-Check in is 4:00 pm central time, Check out must be complete by 10:00 am.
-NO smoking in the complex or deck.

30A is a 20 mile county highway that runs between Destin and Inlet Beach. Running parrellel to 30A is a 19 mile paved bike path that will take you to endless locations to explore arts, foods, events, entertainment, and shopping. Just jump on at the driveway. There are numerous boutiques and art stores all along 30A. Pier Park is a 15 minute drive and offers an amusement park, name brand shopping, and entertainment. There are also several golf courses in the area.

We loved it.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids and it was wonderful. The bunks were big enough for my small kids (ages 8 and 9), the location was great, and the beach was not too crowded.

Wonderful Property

This is a great location, very clean and well appointed with everything a family needs. The view on the balcony is incredible and access to the beach very easy. Owners were great to work with and we hope to be back again!

We loved our stay at Mistral 20. Shirl was wonderful to communicate with from the start. Her condo is in a perfect location, and the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were abundantly stocked with everything we needed and more. If it works out, we will definitely vacation here again.

We stayed at this property for a girls back to school weekend. I chose this property because it was directly on the beach and in very close proximity to the shops and restaurants in Alys and Rosemary. We were able to bike with a 5 and 9 year old to dinner and shopping several times. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The beach chair setup each day was very nice since dad wasn’t with us to help carry chairs and umbrellas! Would love to return again.

Amazing view

We loved this property very much! We've been coming to 30A for many years and usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary/Inlet - walking distance to the restaurants. This time, we wanted to stay away from the Spring Break crowds so we opted to be lightly further down the beach. It was really nice and we loved the beautiful view, private beach area, and easy access to everything. The owners were great and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation in Seacrest

Shirl was very easy to work with and always responded very quickly. The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed. The view is incredible...directly beachfront. Great location with ability to bike easily to Rosemary Beach and The Hub.

We've stayed in Mistral properties several times and this was by far our favorite unit. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, the views were unobstructed and to die for, and the convenience was top-notch. Shirl was an excellent communicator and gracious host!

Perfect beachside getaway

Lovely condo with everything you need for a great stay. Clean, cute, comfortable. The best part for our family is that it was right on the beach so we could go in for lunch then right back out, or even spend evenings on the beach. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had no problems while we were there.

Family spring break

This is the second year we have enjoyed spring break in this complex. Private beach access helps to limit congestion and any crowded situations. The unit was very clean and recently remodeled. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

Only negative thing I have to say about this place is I wish we had booked for longer! Perfect for our family of 5. Stayed in various places along 30a...Amazing location- Direct access to beach and could see and hear the waves rolling in from our porch. Updated and beachy chic! Lovely vacation and would def stay here again.

Great beachfront location on 30A!

Nicely decorated and well-furnished beachfront condo in a convenient location on 30A. A little west of Alys Beach area and east of Seaside. We especially enjoyed the private beach (and two umbrellas/four chairs included in the cost) and easy access to it from the condo. The bike paths along 30A make it an easy, fun place to explore via bikes or golf carts—or by walking. We walked to the Alys and Rosemary areas. I highly recommend this condo at Mistral!

We first visited Mistral in 1990 and have been returning every year. So after 34 years, it holds a dear place in the our hearts and in the hearts of each of our children. While visiting in January, we discovered this condo was for sale and finally made a unit our own. We spent 2 months completely renovating it for our comfort as well as for other families to create as many memories as we have. We live in Atlanta near our 3 grown children, their wonderful spouses and our five beautiful grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Our complex is perfectly located on a private beach along 30A. No driving or walking to the beach. The white sands, the aqua water, the sea breeze, and calming sounds of the waves 24/7 makes this rental a perfect place for a get away. It is perfectly located between Alys Beach and The Hub. There are many places to walk and ride bikes.
