The 3 outdoor decks provide views of the surrounding woods and deer sightings many times a day. The 1 1/2 story home, features the main bedroom with full bath on the main floor. The lovely kitchen, dining area, living room and den all flow together for an enjoyable gathering area. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace. Second story boasts 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Finished lower level enjoys a large great room with daylight windows, a 3/4 bath, Queen Bed and Queen sleeper sofa as well as a blow up mattress to add 6 more sleeping possibilities. Home is surrounded by lush woods and has a fully fenced rear yard. Very private and quiet. The wraparound porch has an additional eating area for 6 and a comfortable seating area.The rear deck boasts a new hot tub and additional outdoor seating. A Two car garage for your parking needs plus a long driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Just one block off Lake Michigan

Enjoy the local beaches or sunset walks along Lakeshore Drive. Steps to go down to walk along the lake are available. We are located 5 minutes from local wineries and orchards, 3 miles from Saugatuck/Douglas.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend there with extended family. The house has good quality furnishings and kitchenware. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach of Lake Michigan. The owner was very responsive and friendly when I had questions. Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the area several times and fell in love with the Lakeshore. The beauty of the area, the peacefulness and the many things to do made us want to have a place we could call our own and share with others. This home's location and its unbelievably perfect condition made it an easy choice. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and forest. It is very private, very quiet and serene. Relaxing on the wrap around porch or on one of the decks and watching the deer walk by or listening to the birds chirp or the waters roll in off Lake Michigan make it the perfect retreat. Beautiful area to take walks. The Sauguatuck/Douglas area are just moments away. We love the wonderful dining, entertainment, shopping and beaches. This is truly our little slice of Heaven!

What makes this property unique

From the moment we walked onto the property, we knew this was the home for us. The beautiful wrap around porch with comfy outdoor furniture made us not want to leave. The quality and condition of the interior with its beautiful cherry wood floors, cabinetry, lighting and 360 degree view of the woods was exactly what we were looking for. The master suite with its own bath and the two large bedrooms upstairs with their own bath as well as the finished lower level with extra sleeping areas make it the perfect set up for a family or for several couples wanting to get away. The kitchen is a dream to work in and you never seem seperated from the other guests. The cozy den is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sneak in an afternoon nap. The fireplace in the living room just tops off the many features. Relaxing in the hot tub at the end of a fun day and watching the trees sway lazily with the breeze is so relaxing. This home is a 10 in our books!
