Hilltop Oasis has been updated to make your stay comfortable but still is filled with that great cottage feel you search for on vacation. Bright and welcoming throughout, you'll have an easy time relaxing here. 

An entry-level spacious living room boasts big windows, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. What a great place to catch the morning news before heading out to explore for the day or to curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie. The adjacent dining nook seats up to 8 with views out over the lawn. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home including a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

Head up half a level to find 3 ample bedrooms - primary bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, guest bedrooms each have a queen bed - and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Down a half level from the living area is the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and the second bathroom with a step-in shower. Down another half level is the basement which has been transformed into a fun theater game room. Stream the game or your favorite show on the projector while you kick back on the couch. Or challenge your friends to a game of darts or Monopoly. There is also a second refrigerator and washer/dryer in this space.

Please Note:
This home is a split-level layout and stairs are required to enter as well as access any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. 
The gas fireplace is available for use in the winter months only. During the summer months, the gas to the fireplace is shut off.
Dogs are allowed at this home with a $100 per pet fee per stay.
The garage is not included in the rental of the property.
This home is located next to Saugatuck High School and directly next to the sports field.
There is a Ring doorbell at the entry door of this property. The camera only turns on when motion is detected. It does not record audio, only video and only for a few seconds after motion is detected.
