Relax in our beautiful, spacious mountain getaway. Conveniently located only 4 miles from Winter Park, we offer splendid amenities, accommodations for 10, and a brand new hot tub, this unit has everything necessary for the ultimate alpine escape.

Downstairs
Queen bed in downstairs bedroom with spacious bathroom, shower. Large living space with plenty of comfy seating. Sectional and a reclining couch with 55" LCD TV.
Kitchen has bar with 3 stools, and large dining area has table with seating for up to 8. Access to 3 separate outdoor porches from first floor, adirondack chairs on each porch, gas grill.

Upstairs
Large kids bedroom with sleeping for up to 6 and bathroom with large closet.
Enormous master bedroom with king size bed, sleeper sofa, 2 separate privacy decks! Master has large bathroom with shower and great closet space.

Walk or bike into town of Fraser to enjoy dinner and drinks. Easy access to biking and hiking trails. Tipperary creek trail is 4.5 miles from house.
Enjoy beautiful views from any of the 4 separate decks! This place is great for entertaining or just relaxing.

Venture Out Winter Park!

Had a fantastic time at this mountain home! My biggest concern was adequate space, of which there is absolutely PLENTY. And being only a short drive from Winter Park resort, it was wonderful to get plenty of laps in and follow it up with dip in the hot tub. I couldn't recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a nice private getaway for a medium sized group of people. Very clean and well kept! Thanks again!

Great experience at this home! Nice little neighborhood, close to anything you would need. We spent one day at WP and another day on a snowy trail. It was perfect for our group and the hot tub was clean and inviting at the end of the day!

Very nice pet friendly house - great location! The house has a nice floor plan for larger groups, but we only had 4 plus a pooch. Really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing at Winter Park and cross country skiing in the national forest. It was a bonus that Roku TV allowed us to watch the Super Bowl - normally wouldn’t be concerned about TV.

We spent the last couple of days skiing at Winter Park and staying at this property. Our group was four adults and six teenagers (two families). The house is quite spacious although a little oddly laid out and everything was clean and tidy. The master bedroom is huge and includes a fold out couch where our two youngest slept. There is also a bunk room upstairs with an attached half bathroom, the rest of the kids were fine in there. The third bedroom is downstairs with a door through to a closet/laundry/bathroom area that also has a door opening into the laundry room. One warning is that none of the bathroom doors have locks, much to the consternation of all the teenagers. There is a hot tub off the back deck and a large garage (we did not use either). The kitchen is well laid out and decently equipped. The owner left good instructions for everything in the welcome email. The towns of Fraser and Winter Park and the WP ski area are only a short drive away. Overall we had a very good (if brief) stay here.

This home was amazing. Lots of space in the house with plenty of beds with our big group. The property was nice and had lots of parking. Overall I cannot complain about our experience. The owner was very helpful if we had questions.

I live in Golden, CO with my lovely wife and 2 awesomely fun children. We moved out from West Chester, PA in 2003 for the love of the mountains. We loved skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and just hanging out in the winter park area!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house the minute we stepped foot inside. It's cozy cabin feel and tons of natural light made us feel healthy and at home. We really enjoy entertaining friends so the layout of the downstairs is perfect for large groups. My favorite bike trail is Tipperary Creek which is a short 4.5 miles up a dirt road which makes for a great warmup! There is plenty of parking and a large 2 car garage with a storage room for ski equipment and bikes.
