In the living room, guests will enjoy the cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen HDTV with a VCR/DVD, a stereo system, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The dining area, positioned adjacent to the living room, seats four people and provides a view of the forest, along with access to the private covered deck.
The fully equipped kitchen contains all the modern amenities typically found in a home; simply bring your groceries and you are set to start. There is a breakfast bar that offers additional seating for four individuals. The main bathroom is conveniently situated next to the kitchen.
The master bedroom presents a warm and welcoming ambiance, featuring a queen-sized bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a half en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, a twin rollaway bed is conveniently stored in a side closet opposite the kitchen, allowing the vacation rental to accommodate up to five guests.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
