Furthermore, a half bathroom is conveniently located on this level, near the main entrance. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available. On the upper level of the unit, you will find the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed, along with a second bedroom that contains two twin beds. Centrally located between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom. The Hideaway Village complex offers a tranquil yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski Resort. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail system available throughout the year, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away. Additionally, it is situated along the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. Location is convenient to main street and close to skiing. The kitchen is well appointed but items like cutting boards and other things stored on the counter were greasy and dirty. Fire wood in the unit would hae been a nice touch. The unit does smell a bit damp, though we were there during a larger winter storm. Each room has its own temp control which was nice. Would have preferred more secure locks on the 4 doors. Unit has not been updated since the late 70s or early 80s. All of this seems to be reflected in the price though. It worked out ok for us, but glad we were only there for 1 night.

I’m sorry the cutting boards and items on the counter were greasy — we’ll have housekeeping recheck the unit and replace any worn or stained items. We’ll also consider adding firewood or providing clearer guidance on availability. We’ll have maintenance inspect for dampness and we’ll evaluate upgrading the door locks. Time for some updates
The check in is confusing I received multiple emails and finally needed to register on a separate dashboard. Key pickup and return is 5 minutes away.
The house is dated which is ok but there is a strong musty smell and the queen bed seems like it has been fixed w a 2x4. Pillows probably have 20 years on them. It’s time for some updates.
