The real highlight? From the master bedroom, wake up every morning with a breathtaking view of the bay of Hyères.<br>The sleeping area is ideally configured to accommodate up to 4 people:<br>• Bedroom 1 (master): Equipped with a very comfortable Queen Size bed (160x200) with sea view.<br>• Bedroom 2: Equipped with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.<br>The apartment also includes a modern bathroom, a separate toilet and a complete equipment: washing machine, large fridge, microwave oven, toaster coffee maker and hob.<br>☀️ The exteriors, the terrace & The sweetness of life<br>Take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate thanks to our outdoor facilities:<br>• The terrace with pergola: A shaded corner ideal for your moments of relaxation. It is also the only space on the property where smokers are kindly allowed to smoke.<br>• Outdoor Summer Kitchen & BBQ: Perfect for grilling and dining al fresco after a day at the beach.<br>• The Swimming Pool: Shared only with us (the owners), it is the perfect place to cool off or read a quiet book.<br>🚴 ♂️ Bike loan included!<br>To allow you to discover the peninsula at your own pace, avoid parking worries and pick up bread in the morning, we provide you with free bicycles throughout your stay.<br>📍 An idyllic and strategic location<br>You are in the heart of paradise, with a unique "East/West" configuration:<br>• 800 metres to the west: The famous Almanarre beach, a world-famous spot for sunsets, kitesurfing and windsurfing.<br>• 800 metres to the east: The beach of La Badine, with shallow waters, ideal for family swimming.<br>• 1.5 km away: The Tour Fondue pier, a direct departure point for the sublime island of Porquerolles.<br>🏄 ♂️ Activities in the immediate vicinity<br>The paradise of water sports awaits you just a few steps away: windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, or boat rental (sailing or motor) to explore the secret coves of the peninsula.<br>🐾 Please note (Rules of Procedure)<br>• Pets: We have cheerful French Bulldogs at home ourselves. For reasons of good understanding and serenity on the property, we unfortunately cannot accept other pets.<br>• Smoking: The interior of the accommodation is strictly non-smoking. You can smoke exclusively outside, on the terrace under the pergola (ashtrays are at your disposal) while admiring the sunset.<br>👥 Traveller access<br>Guests have full access to their private apartment on the 1st floor, the terrace, the summer kitchen as well as the pool area (shared with us).
