• The resort sits directly on the Gulf; unit 513's balcony overlooks the resort grounds with Gulf views beyond, not a front-row Gulf-front view.
• Renters must be 25 or older. No pets at this home.
• The pool and hot tub are resort amenities shared with the complex. The pool is heated seasonally.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided; however, service quality and reliability cannot be guaranteed. If you require internet access for work or other important needs, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot.

 
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
