L'appartement n'était pas très propre: fenêtres, joint du frigidaire, cafetière électrique, tiroir de la cuisine
Un des stores de la loggia était cassé.
Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain, armoire de salle de bain très vétuste.
Nous avons été déçus par les prestations, les remarques ont été transmises à l'agence Foncia.
Je ne recommanderai pas vos services pour un séjour .
En ce qui nous concerne, c'était la première expérience que nous ne renouvèlerons pas.Jusqu'à maintenant nous louions auprès de particuliers qui nous offrent des services d'une autre qualité pour un coût équivalent.
proprietaire cherchant a faire profit de cette location sans trop chercher au bien etre du locataire les installation s de 1960 datent un peu trop surtout sdb et rideaux filtrants chaleur et nuit ne serait un luxe sans pour cela de grosses dépenses.

Simple, vue sur mer.
Appartement propre, très bien situé, plage, dunes, estacade et commerces proches.
En revanche certains aménagements devrait être réalisés : réparer la porte du salon, prolonger les stores du balcon jusqu’en bas ou mettre au moins des rideaux occultant et non décoratifs sur les côtés, étant donné que les tringles y sont déjà.
Pas de sèche cheveux c’est dommage. Laisser au moins un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilette pour les nouveaux arrivant, c’est peu mais réellement accueillant après tant de route... Il serait aussi plus facile, pratique de nettoyer s’il est possible de changer le balais-serpillère.
