Comfortable, clean, relaxing villa with an amazing view of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. This VRBO Premier Property has a strong rental history and fantastic reviews. New ownership has completely remodeled the kitchen and baths, updated furniture and installed all new stainless kitchen appliances and beautiful new sliders everywhere. An already fantastic property in our portfolio has gotten even better.

As with all of our villas, enjoy great extras like a free fitness center pass, a couple of free bikes for exploring the beauty of Sea Pines, and free tennis at South Beach. Wildwood Spa enjoys an on-site pool shared by few properties, so it is always quiet and enjoyable. The neighborhood also has an on site practice court, which is also good for pickleball as well. Take your coffee out on the deck and take in the view, or relax in the sunny living room or loft. The extra space and sleeper sofa in the loft and double beds in the guest room makes this property ideal for groups looking for a little more space and flexibility than the traditional two bedroom.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security. Just head straight to your villa, park right in front, head to the beach to relax and enjoy. Build some great memories here on HHI.

Accurately described. Enjoyed the mostly private pool, neighborhood, and bicycles. A broom and dust pan would be a nice addition. The mattresses were not very supportive but an overall very nice experience. I hope to visit again.

We enjoyed the condo very much.

We loved the condo, the location, walking trails, the conveniences provided. Towels were very nice, nice pool, lots of amenities provided. The condo was very clean. We do have some suggestions for maintenance. A lot of light bulbs were burned out: large lamp in master bedroom, both lamps in upstairs bathroom, one overhead light in living room, and front porch light. The main thing that needs repairing are the back porch steps. The second one down is rotten and leans backwards. One really has to be careful to exit this way. The blinds are difficult to manage as some are missing and a couple more came down during our stay. Great directions, information, and guidelines were given to us by the condo managers. We really enjoyed our stay. We took long walks on the trails, enjoyed the beach and sitting by the pool. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Hilton Head Island was really beautiful with the azaleas blooming and other floral plants blooming.

Well appointed, great location. We would definitely stay here again. Short bike ride to the beach club. Awesome swimming pool(which was basically a private pool)pickleball/tennis court steps from the front door. Serenity abounds. We even had a deer walk by our back door twice.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is quiet (only 16 total units in the complex) and is conveniently located. Five of us were very comfortable, and the place was spotless. I communicated with Jessica several times before traveling, and she responded quickly and gave me all the info I needed. 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was nicely updated and very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioning but it was quickly resolved. Response time was great. Loved the private deck!!! Would definitely stay there again. Pool was also clean and nice.

This condo offered a great location and layout for a family with kids. We enjoyed the large deck, two bathrooms and the rennovated kitchen. We were disappointed that the condo didn't have a grill like indicated but Jessica brought us a small camping grill when we contacted her.

Nice Villa and Pet Friendly

My family of four stayed in this Sea Pines villa April 1-6 for spring break. The villa is very nice although it could use some updating. It was very clean and spacious. The sofa in the loft is also a pull out which gives extra sleeping space. The golf course view is amazing, and the large deck is great. The deck has a charcoal grill. We didn’t use the bikes or beach chairs, but they were available for use as indicated in the villa’s description. You can definitely walk to the beach, but it is not a short walk. We walked once and decided driving was the better option. This is a pet friendly rental which is hard to find. Our Yorkie had plenty of room to walk around and really enjoyed going outside on the deck. There was also no evidence that any other pet had been in the villa. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.
