Wonderful two month stay on Kay street!
We had the best stay on Kay Street! The house was beautiful and had so much space for us. Wonderful location with coffee shops only steps away and just a short walk to town. The hosts could not have been nicer and were so responsive anytime we had a question! Highly highly recommend :)

Home away from home in Newport!
We had a wonderful time at Suzanne's home in Newport. We stayed for a month with our 3.5 yo, 2 month old and basset hound, in addition to my parents and their basset hound. Her house offered everything we needed including a room for everyone, plenty of dishes, grill equipment, sheets, beach stuff and a relaxing environment to spend our time in. Suzanne was easy to contact and checking in and out was a breeze. The walkability of the property to Newport highlights was a huge perk and the porch is so pleasant in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Newport in the future.

A perfect stay in Newport
We were so fortunate to find this listing for a monthlong stay in Newport. The layout and location were ideal for our group of three adults and three kids (ages 10-14). So easy to walk to town for dinner/drinks or ice cream/arcade. We felt very comfortable letting the kids wander off on their own or stay at home by themselves while we went out. But many pleasant evenings were spent just sitting on the porch and watching the world go by. Beautiful beaches are minutes away and can be easily reached by car or bike. Very easy to go for the day or just for sunset. The house itself is beautiful with a wonderful garden out front which also effectively creates separation from the sidewalk. It was so nice to be out front that we barely used the back yard area. The interior of the house is compact but well laid out to create several spaces for everyone to stretch out and read/screen in comfort. Our kids were uncharacteristically unanimous in their preference for this summer spot versus many others that we've frequented. We will be back!

Perfect spot to pretend to be a local
Our rental experience in Suzanne’s clean, perfectly located home to shopping, restaurants and wharves was a welcome relief after a long drive. A major plus of our lab being able to join us added to our trip. A few dated pieces of furniture surrounded by many quaint items made us want to protect her space that she is willing to share with others. Located on a busy street, her narrow driveway was a godsend and the street was quiet as the working day ended. We used her lovely front porch as an extra room watching the action and sun move thru the day. Suzanne was a pleasure to work with replacing a broken coffee maker immediately and consulting early on with us after an injury made us worry about our ability to travel to strange place to recuperate.
