Sweet Berry Farm, a local farm and eatery with small produce market and prepared meals is within walking distance as well as Peabody and Third Beaches. Downtown Newport can be reached by car within minutes. The bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. And for families with small children, there is a crib and high chair available. There is also a swing set and trampoline in the yard and a copious amount of toys and games. Beach chairs, towels, sheets and all cooking essentials are provided.
