* Four bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three upstairs with new and quality bedding.

- parental bedroom 2 of 13 m²: 1 bed 160x200 and its bathroom.
- bedroom 3 of 15 m²: 4 beds of 80x200.

* Bathroom (with bath and shower), a shower room (shower) and two separate WCs.
* A large living room / dining room / kitchen of about 70m², crossing, bright facing South-West-East and open to large bay windows on a terrace.

- Departure of cycle paths less than 200 meters from the house and cycle paths to the beaches of the basin or ocean.
- Bikes for hire near the house.
Other remarks:
* We ask our tenants to have great respect for the rented property and to respect the tranquility of the neighbors. We will reciprocally ensure that our neighbors do not cause any nuisance (they are generally discreet or absent!)
* We ask tenants to notify us of items damaged during their stay, so that we can replace them as quickly as possible and ideally for the following tenants.

* Weekly rate from € 1,200 to € 2,600, depending on the season (the calendar is given).
The price indicated includes the charges (water, gas and electricity, wifi).
* End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. Consequently, we ask our tenants, on the day of their departure, to leave the house in a state of cleanliness as impeccable as that in which they had the pleasure of finding it..
* 2 uncashed security deposit checks are requested upon arrival: one check for € 2,500 for possible damage and the other for € 170 for cleaning not carried out.
* Animals are not allowed.
* Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside the accommodation, equipped with smoke detectors.
