Good comfortable condo in a nice area.

This is a two bedroom condo within a well maintained condo association. The unit itself is large and includes two baths and a laundry room. The ceilings are high and help give the illusion of more space. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Ft. Collins Condo

We loved the location of the condo - very close to family! It is in a quiet neighborhood with access to the pool and gym. There is garage parking for 1 car and free street parking. The unit provides a good number of dishes and storage space. Also having indoor laundry is great. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants.

It is in an upscale part of Fort Collins and very convenient to many restaurants, grocers, amenities, and surrounding towns. Very easy access to I-25.

What makes this property unique

Ground level with no stairs to traverse and easy curb access. Living space has wide hallways and areas that accommodate walkers and/or wheelchairs, and safety wall bars installed on wall between master bed and bath and next to master commode and bathtub/shower. Quiet, safe neighborhood.
