Adorable, turn of the century 1907 Loveland Home. The home is newly renovated with stylish updates including new, beautiful maple floors. There are unique features and character throughout this 2 bed 1 bath home located 5 blocks from the center of Loveland’s Downtown. The home boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms along with a sleeper couch in the living room. A pack and play is also available for those traveling with little ones. Enjoy the full kitchen with gas stove and oven for home cooking while on vacation.
**Summer 2022*City is upgrading infrastructure and road in front of home is closed to thru traffic. Access to the house is detoured and driveway parking still available.**

The property was just what I needed for the circumstances. The road that the property is on is rather busy, and I was a little sorry for the noise but then again it was handy for walking to downtown Loveland.

This property was very cozy, the only issue was it was on a very busy street. Backing in or out of driveway was challenging at times due to traffic. Very close to many attractions and conveniently located to the mountains. Would definitely recommend this to other families and would be back, and host was very easy to work with.

The property was on a busy street which wasn’t too bad. It had window units and ceiling fans for air conditioning however they were very loud. It lacked amenities such as dishwasher clocks and there weren’t many television stations I could access. Since we were there basically for sleeping and fixing breakfast it worked for us because it was close to the event we were attending. The proximity to good restaurants was really good. Henry’s restaurant was outstanding.

Cute place in Loveland and near downtown. Love the fact there is artificial turf in the back and a fully enclosed secure yard for our dogs. The kitchen was stocked and we needed nothing. Appreciated little things like spices and a keurig! I do suggest Dark Heart Coffee for the best around and not far. Host was easy to contact and took care of a small problem fast. Neighborhood was quiet even though on busy road. I was in the front bedroom and did not hear the road. A highlight was Henry's Pub for good meal and great service. I use VRBO a lot and this was a very solid thumbs up!

Lovely little house. Had everything we needed. It was very clean and well-kept. We slept in the front bedroom and the bed and pillows were super comfortable! It was great to have the fenced backyard too for our pet. No complaints!

The home is located on a busy street. Traffic noise had us keeping the front door and windows shut.Bedrooms were a good size and bedding was clean and comfortable. The one bathroom is only accessible going through a bedroom. Could be awkward for some couples. Again, very clean and the shower worked wonderfully.Most of the furniture was not super comfortable. If you're planning on sitting for long periods, maybe bring a seat cushion. The patio area is nothing fancy, but comfortable. And finally very well stocked. Appliances, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, paper products, and even a kuerig with a generous supply of k-cups.Definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful stay in Loveland

My husband and I were very comfortable staying in the Loveland house Season has. Our 2 dogs had their best stay as well with the doggie door leading out to the fenced backyard and environmentally friendly dog poo bags provided We would definitely stay here again!
