With 4 queen sized beds, a bunkbed, two twin beds and 3 air mattresses to use if needed, the house can easily accommodate groups of up to 10.

The open concept kitchen/dining/living room on the main floor offers a beautiful view of Cabot Links and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Downstairs you will find one more queen bedroom, in addition to a bunk room with a bunkbed and two twin beds, a bathroom, additional sleeping space, and a high quality indoor putting green. Outdoors, the patio is well equipped with a modern BBQ, an outdoor firepit, patio table and chairs. The lawn is spacious, and features an apple tree halfway down.

While I now live in Vegas, and have lived across North America and Europe, I grew up in Halifax, so owning a home in Nova Scotia and increasing my ties there is very important to me. An entrepreneur always looking for new opportunities, I have invested in several small business, including a pizzeria chain in Toronto, as well as playing poker on a professional level. Golf has never been my strong suit but has been my longtime biggest passion.

Why they chose this property

Excuse the bias, but Cape Breton is one of the most beautiful places in the entire world in the summer and fall. The addition of these two world class golf courses to the area made buying the property a no-brainer. A wonderful home within minutes of two of the best links golf courses the world has to offer. Being able to spend a weekend or two with close family and friends at the house is a big bonus!
