Everything was very nice and in the heart of downtown Flagstaff which we loved. Also very convenient driving to everything we were doing. The apt was not misrepresented at all yet the layout for us was not what I had expected. Perfect for a family with young children though we managed with two opposite sex teenagers who are cousins. We enjoyed it, everything was really nice and usable for the most part. It would have been nice to have access to a washer/dryer though host was great in recommending a place. Host was great with all our questions! We would recommend and would come again if and when in the area! I would like to rate it a 4.7 instead of a 4.
I have stayed at many properties over the past years in flagstaff, hands down the best beds and location. I love the cottage feel, great parking and the kitchen has everything you need.
The location was perfect, the stay was good but the pictures were a little deceptive. This was fine for 4 adults but I would not suggest any more due to the size.

Cute place
It was a cute apartment in downtown Flagstaff! It was well appointed and close enough to walk to dozens of great restaurants! It is on a major thoroughfare that gets a good bit of traffic!
The location of this VRBO could not be better. It was an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, and breweries downtown and also to two parks for the kids. The space was unusual, but plenty big enough for our family of 4, with everything we needed and more in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!
Downtown Dreamcatcher has an excellent location - just a couple of blocks from downtown restaurants and shops. Accommodations are basic, not luxury - in step with the price. We had a minor issue with the heat which the host remedied on the second day. All in all, a solid rental.
Great location. A couple of blocks from downtown. A bit of street noise, but hey, you're downtown. Very clean, comfortable bedding, all the supplies you would need. Bathroom is a little tight, but usable. AC's kept the rooms cool. Location makes it a great stay.
2 couples traveling together. Perfect place close to downtown so you could see the town without a driver. Bedrooms separated for privacy. Some street noise, but was easily blocked out with fans provided. They also had earplugs available on the night stand. Coffee and tea provided if you didn't want to walk to the coffeehouse. Would stay there a gain.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Poor sleep, noisy and uncomfortable
We had an unrestful sleep. The king size bed bedroom was uncomfortable - very soft and the mattress sagged and the room was loud due to neighboring unit and street noise. Double bed bedroom neighbored another unit that had a dog barking nonstop beginning at 2:00 am our last night. Something is wrong with the wiring in the house everything you touched, such as the water faucet in the kitchen and light fixtures gave you a shock of electricity. The proximity to town was nice.

Pleasant stay!
It’s easy to walk to the historic downtown. The on-site parking is nice. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat so were a little cozy!
The inside of this rental was nice and felt welcoming for hanging out with our group but also allowed us to walk to the nearby breweries and downtown shops with ease. We could visit some of the best food spots in town without driving everywhere. If you want to experience the heart of Flagstaff, this place allows you the variety that downtown Flagstaff possesses.
We had a great stay at this apartment in Flagstaff. There was plenty of room for myself and 3 kids to spread out. The location is great - very walkable to downtown. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were well equipped. I had a bit of trouble checking in but host was responsive!
My daughter and I rented out this property for the weekend to get away from Phoenix and play in the snow. The home was easy to find, clean and set up well for our needs. The location of this property is what really sets it apart as it’s right in the middle of town so we were less than a two minute drive from almost anything we wanted to do in town. We could have walked if we were so inclined but it was a bit cold for that. Love the property and would recommend it for anyone wanting a convenient clean property in flagstaff.
My son and I came to Flagstaff for his soccer tournament. The property was the perfect location to be near the park fields where he played in daytime, and walking distance from downtown for dinner. Great, quiet place that is well furnished. Thanks!
This is a lovely property with so many thoughtful touches, wild sunflowers in the parking area, a cute deck, plenty of towels, cozy blankets, water in the fridge, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The owner definitely puts a lot of care and thought into this rental.
Excellent location! We will be back. :-)
The home was perfect for us as I was leaving my son at NAU for college. Very charming home, great location. Walk to downtown but off the madness enough that it was quiet and peaceful.
Incredibly well appointed home. Everything and more you could need to be comfortable.
Check indirections were absolutely clear.
We will be back

I have found that short term vacation rentals are a much more fun, interesting and exciting way to travel. I especially enjoy having a kitchen, because eating out all the time can get old and is also expensive.
Why they chose this property
I love this particular property because it has historic value and it is right in the heart of downtown. You can easily access Historic Downtown Flagstaff with it's vibrant mix of retail, boutiques, art, music, restaurants and nightlife.
What makes this property unique
We had fun remodeling this historic apartment to give it a new, hip design.
